It says the groom lost control of the weapon and accidentally aimed at guests.

a groom has killed his father and two aunts after opening fire into the air with an automatic weapon to celebrate his wedding.

You'd think that some day they'd learn that firing weapons in the air, and especially losing control of them during these lunatic celebrations, is actually very dangerous. Traditions dies hard, I guess.
