It’s not the good tasting kind. I mean it’s OK, but I’d rather meat fat most of the time.

Oh, okay, that way.

Yeah, but I prefer the lean meat more than the fat itself... I’m not too comfortable with the stretchy mass of white on the meat, but I think the aversion might have been brought on by years of negativity about animal fat.

Yes I understand those studies showing bad coconut oil effects were done with hydrogenated product.

Nevertheless coconut oil is a saturated fat although as you say not the cholesterol type. I eat lots of cholesterol type (animal) fats. It’s not a problem in low carb diets.

I use amazon.com alot. Do a search and then you can get the prices...some places offer coupons codes. Bob’s Red Mill has great selection of different flours.
