The medal of Honor receives $100 per month the last time I checked with William Charette who is a receiptant. They initially received $10 per month but they revised it upwards because of the expense they incurred attending various functions. This sum is non taxable.

That's more like it, they should get two grand a month, but not with this congress.

You know William Charette? Cool! My daughter was in the Charette Battalion of the Sea Cadets.
