Unless they do it as a rogue operation, they would need for the activity to be authorized by the Obama administration, which apparently approves of the guy's activities. It's hard when your commander-in-chief is a traitor.

Apparently with google as a referer I can get the full article. The link itself from here or just pasted into my browser gave me only this excerpt:

I don’t care how effective it is or if the Taliban does kill family members. What they do and you suggest is evil and it should not even be contemplated. You might want to have a nice long think about this and try and pull yourself back from the dark side if you aren’t already there...
