Just like the veteran reporter who use to sit in that seat, Helen Thomas' White House briefing room nameplate is gone. But turns out, it wasn't removed to make way for the Associated Press, which is getting Thomas' front-row seat. Instead, it has vanished.
It disappeared earlier this week, and nobody seems to know who took it. With tourists coming in and out of the briefing room every day, it seems plausible someone might have nabbed the name plate as a souvenir, one source told Yeas & Nays. Thomas, who was interviewed by Mediaite's Tommy Christopher, doesn't have it at home with her either.

It will show up on Ebay...
look in the ugly-bucket
Probably show up on ebay.
I think the sorcery worked.
Crypt Keeper needed it for next week’s funeral service.
I have been saying all along she took herself. And of course she did. When you change jobs, or retire, or have to leave in disgrace, you take with you that little triangular thingie with your name on it that sits on your desk in case your employees can’t remember your name. That was her little triangular thingie.
“It will show up on Ebay...” At a cost of how many Dinars I wonder?
It is needed for certain Satanic rituals.
I thought Fox News got that seat.
I worked at a place once that a woman was let go, she took EVERYTHING, stapler, pencil sharpener, desk set, everything except the trash basket!...........
IT WAS THE JOOOOOOZ
I thought Fox was getting her seat.
Were you at a seance?
Front row now, but not her center seat.
I worked for a guy who when he fired or laid off someone, he would steal their name plate and mount it in his office like a trophy. He ha dozens of them. Really creepy.
He was a real life goule who got his rocks off by ruining peoples lives.
Fortunately, he finally got canned. The company finally noticed that his department had turnover at 3X the average.
We had a going away party for him the Saturday after he left. Strange thing was, somebody forgot to invite him.
