For years, researchers such as Gerald Celente have been warning that the coming economic collapse is going to spark mob scenes and riots that are unprecedented in U.S. history. Many have scoffed at these predictions and have refused to believe that anything like that could ever happen in America. But if what happened on Wednesday near Atlanta is any indication, we could be on the verge of something really bad. 30,000 people turned out to pick up only 13,000 applications for government-subsidized housing. Some people had waited for over two days just to get their hands on an application. The "chaotic mob scene" that developed as the applications were being handed out left 62 people injured. It turns out that there aren't even any vacancies in government-subsidized housing at this time in that area. These people were going wild just to get an application to get on the waiting list for government-subsidized housing. Yes, this is what the American Dream has degenerated into - thousands of people rioting in an attempt to get on a waiting list for a government handout.
This is how one person who was there described the scene....
"Lot of people. People pushing people, knocking people over. People getting hurt."
As you watch the video news report about this incident below, keep in mind that these people were going crazy just to get an application to get on a waiting list....
So what is going to happen when real hunger and real economic hardship comes to the streets of America?
What kind of mob scenes will we see then?
But it isn't only in Atlanta where this type of thing is happening.
Just check out the following scene from Detroit from late last year....

They SHOULD be, but that would only mean more PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, besides they’d actually have to show up for WORK (Clean and Sober, that is). Dealbreaker, dude!/s;)
I will tell you why this is not so.
The weakest and least able people are doing the worst in our society, generally speaking. The people at the bottom are those most likely to lack energy, ambition, and intelligence.
They can be easily supressed by the police if the police chose to take the gloves off, and that is exactly what would happen if the trouble got serious.
What really burns my buns is illegal aliens protesting for THEIR rights.
THIS IS NOT THEIR COUNTRY BECAUSE THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY AND AS SUCH THEY HAVE NO RIGHTS.
I REPEAT THEY HAVE NO RIGHTS HERE.
THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY RIGHTS HERE.
ONLY LEGAL US CITIZENS HAVE RIGHTS HERE AND SHOULD HAVE RIGHTS HERE OTHERWISE WHAT IS THE POINT OF CITIZENSHIP ANYWHERE OR EVEN OF A COUNTRY’S SOVEREIGHTY FOR THAT MATTER.
THESE ONE WORLDERS ARE GOING TO GET US ALL KILLED WITH THEIR INSANITY.
At least when the Russians had their breadlines it was orderly. Miles long, but orderly. We are just not used to it yet. Couldn’t the CEO of Best Buy take charge of this department?
I think the gloom and doomers were right all along and we're being sucked into a Leftist-created economic black hole.
“..30,000 people turned out to pick up only 13,000 applications for government-subsidized housing...”
And the Left denies that people will always act in their own economic self interest????
The underclass made up of mostly second and third generation welfare blacks and to a lesser degree Hispanic think they are owed something from the white man. Even middle class blacks (not all) living off affirmative actions jobs and positions think the white man owes them a living.
With the election of Barack Obama it become clear to me blacks felt more at liberty to express their views that their time had finally come and it was pay back time.
They have become more rude, more demanding, more obnoxious when even an unintentional slight is committed.
When it all comes down in either a slow burn or a one day event, it will be ugly and their race card is way over maxed out and denied, I think most white Americans will not take a whole lot more of this crap
The sanctuary cities will enact wealth re-distribution in more direct ways too.

Dear Mr and Mrs Gringo:
Your recent protest of the impending reassignment of your property has been considered and rejected. Your space-to-occupant ratio is outside the allowed limits. We fully understand that you own the property free and clear, but the needs of new citizens with large and growing families outweighs your property ownership rights.
The recently enacted, equity guidelines, of the newly created State Committee for Housing Justice allows for the re-distribution of your property as determined by the County Housing Director. You and Mrs Gringo will be re-located to a housing space that better fits your current retired lifestyle. The relocation will be totally cost free to you and, best of all, your new housing unit has no yard, so you don’t have to worry with lawn care anymore.
Please be prepared to receive the relocation staff at the end of the month. The nice one bedroom unit that you are moving to is somewhat smaller, of course, than your current house. It would be advisable for you to sell, or even donate, the furniture that won’t fit into your new 450 square foot residence. You could just leave it in your house for the new family that’s moving in. That would be a nice gesture of good will. Please be sure to leave instructions for the care and maintenance of the pool and spa, also.
Very Sincerely Yours,
Property Re-Distribution Authority

I've noticed the same thing repeatedly over the last few months. Its really a shame. But, as I predicted just after the election... race relations will worsen as expectations among Blacks increases and Obama falls flat on his face, thus earning the scourge of the other American races... Its a no win situation for Blacks. If they had elected a REAL Black American who understands the Black American Experience, things could have worked out better. But, a radical African communist and his organization are not about Black Americans. They are all about using Black Americans to stir up racial hatred and race warfare. Billy Ayers and his *sshole buddies got real close this time...

Riots for whatever reasons are what this communist Administration needs. Here is an example for an induced riot for political reasons, the Wall Street demonstration demanding:
1- Jobless benefits, and
2- Hiring
The 0b0z0 communists are pushing all-White union thugs (that’s what I saw on FOX) to go to Wall Street and put pressure on the “fat cats” and businesses to hire in this uncertain small business environment that features heavy business taxes/0bozocare/card check/cap & tax, etc.
The message is that it’s others fault by hoarding money and not hiring people.
By applying the communist known tactics of class warfare and continuously blaming Bush, the message is: its not our fault and the people are demanding .fill in the blanks..
When riots become more frequent and perhaps violent, this is exactly what the communist need to do something about the elections, talk radio and the Internet. That makes disarming the population a piece of cake, they think.
>King Obama wants his dictatorship so bad he will throw millions of Americans under the bus.<
.
The blame must be shared by Congress for allowing 0 to become a dictator. A thorough cleansing of that place is required come 2/11/10. All this misery could’ve been avoided if Congress would have been willing to investigate 0 eligibility.
When the riots start because they can't get "free" anymore there will be a point when we say no more
I don’t go anywhere near where these idiots might be.
Now, if they come to me at my home out in the sticks, my investment in, and stocking of, thousands of rounds over the past 3 years will prove their value.
I wonder how much of the government-subsidized housing in this country is currently being occupied by illegal aliens like Obama’s Aunt Zeituni here in Massachusetts before she was finally granted asylum in May after several of her appeals were rejected? Could THAT be one of the reasons why so little government-subsidized housing is available?
