The ELCA church is BIG on the whole social justice thing. They are at the root of this problem. The original thought was that this was going to bring more membership to the church....they were brought in to be “converted.” The Lutherans did not anticipate that their “kindness” would be rewarded with the recipients clinging to Islam and expanding it.
You can google any combination of ELCA, Lutherans, Somalis, Minnesota, etc. and get an eyeful. My ex was Swedish and we used to get the ELCA magazine in the mail every month. I remember when they came up with this bright idea. LOL
Btw, if you look at the link I posted, you’ll note the immigration numbers were BUSH’s fault.
To me, this is one of the worst things GWB did, this maddening rush to prove how “compassionate” and fair Americans were after 9/11.....let as many Muslims in, as fast as we could.
This is going to bear some pretty moldy fruit in the years to come, I’m afraid.

You are exactly right. I blame ELCA and the bleeding heart Scandinavian leftist ideals for bringing in this scourge.
People in S. Mpls. “CARE” more about people than other, less enlighted people, like us commoners. They sleep well at night, because they “CARE”.
BS! It’s entrenched in the intelligentsia that inhabit the area. They’re a bunch of profs and lawyers that live off the public dime.
We, the common people, are paying for their “caring”, off the sweat of our brow where they hide their money in tax shelters like Mark Dayton.
