already here....i have a Vet friend that bought a new wheelchair-lift equipped van via the VA for 60k. 6 months later he sold it to a friend for 30k, and the VA bought him another. if you don’t think crap like this is happening all over it’s because you don’t know the deals going on.

Does the Council also pay to have the disabled person check with their doctor to make sure they are healthy enough to have sex?
