'Birther Queen' Taitz Vows to Keep Fighting After Supreme Court Denies Appeal
Talking Points Memo ^ | 8/16/10 | Ryan J. Reilly

Posted on 08/16/2010 2:46:09 PM PDT by detritus

So-called "Birther Queen" Orly Taitz hadn't yet heard about the Supreme Court's decision to uphold a $20,000 fine against her when TPMMuckraker reached her on Monday.

But Taitz told TPMMuckraker she is convinced that none of the members of the court read her request, and that clerks made the decision for the justices...

A federal judge's October 2009 ruling required Taitz, a lawyer and dentist who has filed several suits claiming President Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen, to pay the fine for filing "frivolous" litigation. Taitz was attempting to misuse the federal court system to push her political agenda, the judge said...

Taitz said reports that there was a lien on her house were untrue, and that she would be able to cover the $20,000 fine with donations from her supporters. "I have means to pay, the public is collecting funds," Taitz said. She said she received $3,500 in four or five days. "Within a month, I will have the $20,000," Taitz said. "Most of them are contributing maybe $20, $25 dollars, there's a lot of support."...

As she did last year, Taitz on Monday once again compared herself to Nelson Mandela. "Nelson Mandela was in prison for years, he went against the regime, but ultimately he prevailed," Taitz said. The fine, said Taitz, "was means of intimidation and harassment."...

Asking the Constitution be upheld by checking an ID is now considered frivolous and a political agenda??

Then why did they demand McCain fulfill the requirement??

LOL

However, I associate a different song with Orly Taitz:

And they're coming to take me away ha-haaa
They're coming to take me away ho ho hee hee ha haaa
To the funny farm
Where life is beautiful all the time
And I'll be happy to see those nice young men
In their clean white coats
And they're coming to take me away ha haaa

"It's ridiculous!" said Taitz. "My fans will up the dollars!"

Taitz, in a rare calm mood said "I don't even HAVE a house!
"I'm staying at the County facility! Lien indeed! ESQ!"

When asked for clarification, Taitz began drooling and the interview was terminated.

Hey NOOBie, why don’t you post your articles over at Democratic Underground? It appears that you enjoy making fun of the birth certificate issue.

They will love you.

Are you confusing her the woman who is actually doing something constructive in court? Jan Brewer?

It is noteworthy that first Justice Clarence Thomas denied her request, then Alito referred it to the whole court, and they denied her motion. If Taitz can’t get support from Thomas and Alito, she is clearly barking up the wrong tree. She has to pay her fine, $20,000.

I’m not going to say anything negative about Orly. I wish she had experienced more success than she did, but that was not to be.

I wonder if the United Nations has gotten back to Orly on her request to take control of the American legal system?

From an earlier thread today.....

Have you even taken the time to read one page of Dr. Taitz’ motions? How do you know the “clerks” in the Supreme Court are not guilty of altering records? I, for a fact, have spoken directly with Mr. Eric Fossum on July 27 2010, a clerk in the Supreme Court when Dr. Taitz first heard of Justice Alito allegedly denying her motion. She discovered that not only were her documents not entered into the log of the Court, there was no “Official” signature by Justice Alito, or any other Justice. When I asked Mr. Fossum if this was true, he initially told me “A clerk signed it” and when I tried to question him further by asking him “Is this the same as a “Real Justice” signing the documents”he was something less than forthcoming in his answers and finally told me”I’m not going to go down this road any more any more”, and hung up on me.

It appears, to use a metaphor, “The Patients Are Running the Asylum”. Translated: “The clerks Are Running the Supreme Court and the Justices Are Nothing More Than Spectators. As someone who posts here said earlier “He’s alright with that”.

I find it very troubling that people are trying to defend the corruption in all 3 branches of what’s left of our government... Dr. Taitz is absolutely correct in her efforts at exposing the Supreme Court and it’s clerks who appear to be complicit in the ongoing stonewalling we see every day. Have any of these “apologists” for Obama considered the thought that if he is in fact a usurper to the office of President, each and every order he has signed or will sign will be nullified and we then will be subject to the wrath of just about every country in addition to the thought that many brave soldiers fighting and will die wrongful deaths under his unlawful command. This is unacceptable.

Like everyone else said. Your animated gay rainbow graphic make the page load slow.

It appears that you enjoy making fun of the birth certificate issue.

Making fun of Taitz is easy.
