That also should be stopped. It is not a religion. It is basically a counseling service and money raiser.

Wiccans were not granted special privileges to be Armed Forces Chaplins, they were treated (properly IMHO) just like members of any other belief system, that is equally, without preference, on a level playing field.

Bubbah granted Scientology special and unprecedented privilege, tax exempt status for FEES (not donations, fees) effectively establishing a them as a State-preferred religion.
