The White House was forced yesterday to reaffirm President Obama's Christian faith after shocking polls found that 1 out of every 4 or 5 Americans falsely believe he's a Muslim -- a considerable increase from last year.
"The president is obviously a Christian. He prays every day," White House spokesman Bill Burton told reporters.
"He communicates with his religious adviser every single day. There's a group of pastors that he takes counsel from on a regular basis. And his faith is very important to him, but it's not something that is a topic of conversation every single day."
A separate White House statement stressed that Obama's "strong Christian faith is what guides him" in facing the nation's challenges. "But he doesn't wear it on his sleeve," the press office added.
The president's flacks also complained that Obama's faith is "often maligned and distorted by critics."

He prays daily (and i think they meant ‘preys’ as in on the American public) and yet can’t seem to bring himself to recognize the Chrisianity in Christmas?

I almost forgot about that - where was “crhistian obama” when Graham was forced to pray OUTSIDE the pentagon??? Here is a mosque INSIDE the pentagon - Graham was NOT allowed to pray inside the pentagon. What about that? Don’t you think obama would have jumped on that outrage and order the pentagon to allow Graham to pray inside?

I agree. Christians are so...polite...we let that happened. Awful cowardise. When an official tells us to stop praying in the schools or anywhere - WE STOP!!! How more stupid can we be, indeed.
And to say to George Stephanopoulos during an interview “my Muslim faith” just isn’t the kind of “Freudian slip” a Christian would make.
That look sort of works for Michelle. In fact, in cases like hers we may want to make it mandatory.
