The White House was forced yesterday to reaffirm President Obama's Christian faith after shocking polls found that 1 out of every 4 or 5 Americans falsely believe he's a Muslim -- a considerable increase from last year.
"The president is obviously a Christian. He prays every day," White House spokesman Bill Burton told reporters.
"He communicates with his religious adviser every single day. There's a group of pastors that he takes counsel from on a regular basis. And his faith is very important to him, but it's not something that is a topic of conversation every single day."
A separate White House statement stressed that Obama's "strong Christian faith is what guides him" in facing the nation's challenges. "But he doesn't wear it on his sleeve," the press office added.
The president's flacks also complained that Obama's faith is "often maligned and distorted by critics."

Unlike other Presidents, this dope has to keep going back over old territory to defend himself. This is great. What a time wasting excersize when you are desperately trying to hold on to congress. Birther issue is next to bubble over. They already made a half-assed attempt to tamp it down by showing us his passport.
Let's see. Doesn't give gifts at birthdays or Christmas. Didn't eat in the company of possible Christians and Jews at the fund-raising dinner. Has the White House tarped over so no one could see in during Ramamaddadadin [?]. Invites known islamic radicals to same. Won't ride in same transportation as his own dog.

Whatever he is, he loves the pastors he’s spent much of his life around. They all are black liberation theologists.
That have preached that for whites to be Christian, we have to give up all of ill-gotten gains that we have because they were made on the backs of black slaves.
Barry has said he likes the black church experience because it’s good music and good sermons.
If you look at his policies of ‘spreading the wealth’, if you look at the groups he cares about, if you look at his AG who says ‘we will not look into any hate crimes against whites’, if you look at who he’s snubbing, you will see he is implementing black liberation theology.
He is getting back at whites. He is living his ‘faith’.

And I realized he was prepared to fight, not for abortion, but for partial birth abortion, and furthermore fight to make sure no baby would ever survive an abortion. Now, thats weird.

Once all that sinks in there is no possibility you mistake him for a Christian.

And, the thing of it is, the people who support him by and large actively dislike Christians. If he were a Christian most of his supporters would run from him like scalded cats.
