So far Assange has not been in contact with the police, but in an e-mail to leftist Swedish daily Aftonbladet he denies all accusations.

Rapists often can’t adequately function sexually, so it doesn’t matter if he is/is not a homosexual.
The excitement for the rapist is the fear the victim displays and the violent assualt itself; not the sex act.

Yes, Expresen is a tabloid, but now the broad sheets are also covering the story. Furthermore there are direct quotes from the district prosecutor.

The excitement for the rapist is the fear the victim displays and the violent assualt itself; not the sex act. Yes, that is what leftist sources like to claim.
On the other hand, a multitude of scientific research contradicts that view, revealing that only a portion are motivated by anger, power, or sadism. Many prefer non-rape sexual gratification. So I think that correcting your line to "some rapists" would be correct.
Yet in the accusations in the case at hand, it could be simply the alleged perpetrator using his power to get what he wanted sexually.

He picked Sweden for several reasons. The Pirate Party is a fairly big deal there and would readily support him. I will make a pretty good guess that both women are connected to the Pirate Party. As for leaving the country...I probably wouldn’t. Once outside of Stockholm....it’s just a rural region with a thousand places to hide. There’s a couple of towns but not much else.
The problem that Assange has now is that he’s burning bridges. The Pirate Party members will start to question his values and will see more police come & go. I’m guessing Assange needs to find a safe environment and will head as far north in Sweden as he can go.

WikiLeaks-entrepreneur investigated for two rapes
Stockholm police believe there are reasonable grounds for suspicion against Julian Assange. The website says they have not been contacted by police.

Maria Häljebo Kjell Beach with prosecutors in Stockholm City confirms the case against
Expressen and says Assange is wanted.
Julian Assange has been in Sweden recently. Partly in connection with an agreement that allows the Swedish Pirate Party will be responsible for any of the site's servers, partly in connection with the lectures he has given.
Two Women
- It's rape, and there are reasonable grounds to suspect, "said Kjell Häljebo Strand.
Prosecutors have no other information besides that in the case of rape.
According to Expressen records, two women aged between 20 and 30 have contacted the police.
Assange should have hit one woman on Saturday and Sunday last week in an apartment on Södermalm in Stockholm.
The other woman he will have met in Enköping on Tuesday morning this week.
- Save the power position
A source told the newspaper that Assange met the women in connection with the assignment he had in Sweden.
The women themselves should not have wanted to review, but met with City Policy in Stockholm on Friday to explain the circumstances.
- Women are terrified and dare not announced. Police believe the women in this case is afraid of the perpetrator position of power, "a source of Expressen.
According Häljebo Kjell Beach police do not know where the suspect is right now.
Expressen has failed to connect with Assange, but WikiLeaks writes on Twitter that they have not been contacted by Swedish police.

Different locale, different police, different country. Roman Polanski lives in Switzerland, not Sweden.
The Swedish Police have charged Julian Assange with rape in his absence.
See the map below. Switzerland, the country where Roman Polanski is hiding out, is Northeast of Italy and East of France. It is #37 on the map below. Switzerland is not Sweden.
