Re “I will side with the muslims.”
As far as I can determine, what he said was, if we should ever face a repeat of the atmosphere that led to the Japanese internment during WW2, he’d side with the minority. And the minority he was talking about were Arabs or Pakistanis.
I can’t find a source for him saying he’d side with muslims, specifically.
Anyone got that, I’d appreciate a link.

I saw this posted somewhere today and thought it more recent but it is mere campaign propaganda.
It puts it into a different perspective for me as the act seemed blatant with all the Ground Zero Mosque talk going on. Now it is merely the taqiyya I mentioned in the previous post.

It is curious that this was recent (I’ve heard). Especially in light of the recent polling questions about whether the population believed he was a Muslim.......mayhaps the WH got wind of the answer and decided to stage something?
Unfortunately,that might not be enough. On one of my trips to Istanbul, I stayed at a hotel that daily served bacon on the breakfast buffet. I didn't see anyone turning it down or creating a fuss.
And the dog got it's own air transportation, separate from the Obamas, on a recent trip.
On that, I do not know. All I know is the perception of the taboo-ness of it. If he were forced to eat a piece of bacon on TV - live, mind you - then I’d be happy because he had to do something he didn’t want to just to show he isn’t a Muslim and to get the votes he wanted.... even then, I still wouldn’t believe him.

Just today I had some sliced ham prepared for me at Krogers.
The woman that handled the ham was Muslim, hajib and all.
Besides that slice of ham was extremely pricey, $99.99 a lb and he only ate about a dollar’s worth, so in the name of taquiyya I am sure the muslims would forgive him. Now if he was seen eating ham and eggs or having a nice pork roast or some pork barbecue. Well, I suppose even that could be taquiyya.
