South Carolina is expecting a lawsuit by the Obama administration aimed at ending its policy of segregating prisoners with AIDS that has been in place since 1998.
The administration claims the policy prevents infected prisoners "from participating in activities and jobs of their choosing"; is unconstitutional and that the separation "stigmatizes" prisoners with AIDS.

So how many states are they suing so far? Are they all “red” states?
What percentage of the US prison population is African American?
Is apparently to keep prisoners who have AIDS from getting their feelings hurt.
It’s not fair that only some of the prisoners have AIDS.
In other words, too bad for all those normal Whiteys who don’t take drugs or do abnormal sex. They’re gonna have to get the same disease as the people who got the disease through their dangerous practices.
We have to be fair here! All that “oppression” has to be paid back.

There’s another way to look at it: Roughly 1 in 9 adult black males end up spending at least some time between bars. That make’s obama’s actions here a literal potential death sentence for 1 in 9 black males. The term for that is “decimation of a population.” Another is “attempted genocide.”
This needs to be publicized in the black community. It’s unbelievable, but obama is literally putting at risk over 10% of the entire black male adult population. It’s something a genocidal klansman might come up with. Seriously. It really does qualify as a crime against humanity.

(Obviously none of this applies to the liberal elite (Nomenklatura) which has more money and better treatment than ordinary hard-working slobs.
This just further confirms my belief that he has no concern for black America. They wrongfully believe they elected “one of them.” That couldn’t be further from the truth. Even if it is shouted from the rooftops, no one will believe the truth. All they see is the color of his skin, not the fact that he has no soul within him.
The integration of AIDS prisoners with the general population is frightening. I can only imagine the reaction of the prison wardens upon hearing this.

Indeed a quarantine was needed. Not so sure how “manageable” AIDS would’ve been since I’ve seen estimates that 250,000 were already infected by the time they even KNEW that something was going on (circa 1981). As promiscuous as homosexuals were/are, it still would have been out of control, but not nearly to the extent it is today worldwide.
Are they going to WARN their partners when the state releases them onto the public? Oh, silly me I forgot that would VIOLATE their privacy.
When I was a teenager in Tampa there was a TB ‘Sanitorium’ not far away. Surrounded with barbed wire. Staying was not optional, you had it, you went there. They saw to it you took the treatment.

I wasn’t kidding. I was suffering from a lack of realism. If wiping out 25% of a population doesn’t wake them up, then putting another 10% or so at risk of a horrible death certainly won’t.
What a nightmare.
Activities and jobs? I thought prison was for punishment. But, hey, what do I know?
