Is that what he’s thinking? I mean, I don’t get it.
When my daughter turned 13 I told her flat out: “When you have sex as a teenaged girl there are 10 things that can happen and nine of them are bad. Plus, I guarantee that if you are scrunched up in the back seat of some guy’s car with your prom dress around your head then ten out of ten things will be bad.”

I’m guessing what he’s thinking is that now HIS children might be told that actions have consequences by somebody in the know. Of course, that would be punishing them just like not getting an abortion, right?

With all due respect Mr. Hills, your naivete is showing. These studies are meant to merely legitimize a priori (before the fact) doctrinally-based policy decisions. To actually take time to gather the facts and have policy makers wait until they have analyzed them to formulate policies is so...so gauche.
