Folks,
What are you hearing. What are the results in your area or via local media, Talk Radio, or Fox.
Interesting tidbit on Hugh Hewitt tonight.. Rich Lowry of NRO has been speaking with his deep throat "obi wan" and they have been thinking out of the box and that 2012 may have conservatives with super majorities in both houses.
Just on Fox in FLA in the primaries people voted for Rubio 2 to 1, (just like Michigan) the intensity is worry some for the Dems, Santorum noted the 2 to 1 ratio.
Florida is pretty much settled now.
It’ll be a while before Arizona and Alaska report. Vermont has a primary, but the only real action is the Democrat primary for Governor.
Is the Gov’s race in FLA an upset?
That would be exquisite, but doubt it will happen. If it did it would scare the GOP to death.
It is upsetting if you are a liberal.
:D
FL Gov is an upset from conventional thinking four months ago, but Scott has been leading in polls for awhile now. McCollum made a last minute push but it looks like he is going to fall short.
Still not called because of where the uncounted votes are located.
Rubio has 84% of the vote, 1.24 plus million votes, not complete yet.
Republican turn out about 50% higher than dems.
I don’t think McCollum can catch up with Scott. McCallister with 10%.
I would give everyone elses left nut to see InSane lose.
I’ll predict...McRino wins.
Rick Scott’s lead is a mild surprise. But no one expected a blowout for either candidate.
Don’t know much about Scott.
Did I hear it right that McCain is practically a shoo-in? Anybody have any hope otherwise from the local scoop?
Republican turn out about 50% higher than dems.
That would be good if Obi wan could actually make accurate predictions.
AP calls Florida Governor (R) for Scott.
If my prayers are answered tonight, it`s Joe Miller in Alaska, that`s the most important to me over all the others.
Official = Scott wins over McCollum in FLORIDA FOR GOVERNOR.
Scott is a self made man who started Columbia Hospital System in Louisville Kentucky but made the disasterous decision to buy HCA in Nashville and spread that company so thin that it had to be taken away from him by Bill Frist’s brother Tommy. Then there was a Medicare mess.
Overall I’m not impressed with Scott but anything is better than Crist I guess.
Meek beating Greene in the FL (D) senate primary is a good thing for Rubio.
We’re all hoping otherwise, but McCain spent $20 million smearing JD. I’ve heard McCain has a 20% lead in the polls, but who knows.
FoxNews just called it for Scott too.
What’s your opinion?
So Florida will likely have another “democrat” running the state.
Thanks.
I held my nose and voted for Scott. McCollum is too much of a political careerist for me, and I think Scott will have a better chance to beat the Democrat (Sink).
Folks, forget anything the leftist media tells you!!! Rubio is the next United States Senator from Florida and Scott is the next governor of Florida (Man....that Republican Primary turnout was massive!!! Hello, Democrat low life, you are going to lose big time in Florida). End of story!!!!
Sounds like very good news. I hope the trend continues.
I donated to Joe Miller. He has my prayers too. Lisa was so far ahead. On her name, and in the big cities.
Joe is a great man. Like other GOOD men and women, he deserves to win, but deserving, winning on skinny campaign funds is quite another matter.
I’ll throw in the right ones and raise you any other body part.
I guess I know you pretty well. That’s what I thought you did.
:)
Most people voting for JD were very passionate about doing so. Many of us recruited many JD supporters to get out and vote today.
Scott leads Sink in the polls right now although its close.
I went with McCollum but will support Scott, obviously.
Sink is a disaster herself, a real ditz but the media and Dem machine have a ton of ammunition to use against Scott. Between his history and the Gov. race, they’ve got to be in heaven.
If they can get Sink to shut her mouth she’ll do better at the polls.
Scott will go after her for being pro-Obama. She’s on record as supporting Obama-Care and against an Arizona type immigration law - neither are popular positions in Florida.
With Bondi as our AG, Scott coming out on the right side of those two issue, he’ll do well at the primary and probably eek out a win.
you right handed too ??? 8^}
You are right!
Marco Rubio smashed Meeks in Miami Dade!
Brytani looked at the exact numbers of votes!
BABY!
Did Pam Bondi win? Sarah endorsed her!
What were the latest polls predicting for the Alaska race?
I have only one question. Did Bill Clinton come out for Sink? Seems like a natural.
Sweetheart!
Thank you. I so want to see McCain gone.
When Prince Baraq visited his minions in Florida last week Stink did not make an appaearance with him, as far as I know.
I can’t make the comment I want to make.
Too dirty.
I miss you!
I’m hearing that we’re gonna be stuck with McCain.....still.
Any word?
Same here! I’ll have to get to a Rush or Levin thread SOON!
She’s ahead, but she is a lightweight. Also, she used to be a Democrat. I was very disappointed that Palin endorsed her. Jeff Kottkamp would have been a better AG, and the rats have a pretty strong candidate. If the rats get AG that means no more anti-obamacare lawsuit for Floida.
I didn’t and still don’t know a damn thing about her, only waht I read and I read that she used to be a democrat. (UGH).
Scott is a terrible candidate for us to nominate and everyone knows it. He has a lot of money to spend and that is about his best quality. There is so much baggage here and I really don't understand why Florida conservatives and Republicans would vote for this person.
We have a lot of enthusiasm going into November, but unfortunately we've nominated several extremely bad candidates including Scott, Rand Paul and Sharon Angle.
