The text below (based on a Google tranlation of Swedish into American English) presented here doesn't equal common standards of American English. However, the content, at large, should be intelligible to a large proportion of American English speakers (those not as stupid as Swedish politicians).

Perhaps Sweden, a nation widely known for tolerance, democratic values and boasting an unparallelled standard of living today has to rethink its former measures?

I’d bet they perps are/were muslim. In Norway 100% of vicious rapes against ethnic Norweign woman are done by Norweign citiznes of muslim background. With malmo and the muslim infestation in Sweden would doubt if the percentages differ much from Norway.
