Vice President Biden Touts Weatherization Program Biden Visits NH Home To Mark Milestone In Federal Program
UPDATED: 12:38 pm EDT August 26, 2010 MANCHESTER, N.H. -- Vice President Joe Biden visited New Hampshire on Thursday to note a milestone in a federal program to improve home energy efficiency.
Biden went to the home of Lyn Dumont, a single mother of two children who learned this week that her house was going to be part of the weatherization program. Biden said that with her house, 200,000 homes have been made more energy efficient under the program.
While acknowledging that these are tough times, the vice president said the programs put in place by the administration of President Barack Obama are turning things around.

Why don’t they ever talk about the things that don’t get done, becasue the govt. took this money away from someone else in the form of taxes.
Jack’s delivery wanted to purchase another truck, but couldn’t afford to, because the govt. took away his truck money and gave it to this woman to weatherize her house.
John Smith wanted to replace his cracked driveway, but couldn’t afford it because the govt. took away his driveway repair savings money and gave it to this woman to weatherize her house.
The Davis family wanted to put new gutters on their home, but couldn’t because the govt. took awy their gutter money and gave it to this woman so she could weatherize her house.
Everytime the govt. does something, something else doesn’t get done. That’s the story that should be told.

Just another massive wealth transfer from the middle class to the Obama/ACORN supporters. The “stimulus” has been the most misallocated expenditure of money down a rat hole I have seen in my entire lifetime. Trillions in misallocated spending is guaranteeing a worse depression.
