Obama's Marxists people do not like many of our Laws so they go after those that try to keep the law. Arizona, a right to work state, seems to be getting more than 'her' fair share of the Marxist/Socialist twit in the White House's ire.
I applaud both Jan Brewer and Sheriff Joe for their determination to keep their oaths of office.....and a loud Bronx blapppppppppp cheer for Obama and his un-American cronies. May they have a mis-hap..............Blappppppppppppppppppppp

That is exactly what it is and that is not legal. Any court (with ethics) would dismiss it out of hand.

The most recent statistics, taken from the Federal Bureau of Intelligence, show an 8 percent decrease in the national crime rate from 2004 to 2008, Thomas said.
Federal Bureau of Intelligence? Sounds like an oxymoron, empahsis on the moron.

Wish he would tell them to go f themselves.

McCain would create a lot of goodwill from conservatives if came out and publicly supported Sheriff Arpaio.

I wonder if the JD is going to investigate Get Whitey Night in Des Moines?

Is the good sheriff about to become a political martyr?

Remember when the federal government saw it's purpose as upholding the laws and protecting citizens?
Now it sues states who try to enforce laws it refuses to and punishes those who try to protect citizens.
Obamaland is truly stranger than fiction.

"McCain would create a lot of goodwill from conservatives if came out and publicly supported Sheriff Arpaio. "The primary's over.
He's already put his Juan McLame suit back on.

umm.. wait a minut...
SECOND ultimatum?
Isn’t that a little redundant?
if he doesnt - then what? a tHIRD last demand? Obammy’s justice depart ment is a bunch of hosers.
An ultimatum (Latin: the last one) is a demand whose fulfillment is requested in a specified period of time and which is backed up by a threat to be followed through in case of noncompliance. An ultimatum is generally the final demand in a series of requests. As such, the time allotted is usually short, and the request is understood not to be open to further negotiation

If so he’s not going to go quietly and I’m sure the thugs in Obama’s admin know it.

I think Sheriff Arpaio will eventually get the DoJ (or some other agency) to tip their hand regarding the North American Union and the real reason nothing is being done about the foreign invaders and our southern border.
In the meantime, it’s been, “Stop! Or I’ll say stop again!”
