Canton [Ga.] Man Wins Flagpole Lawsuit

Hey Alaska. I didn't invent the term "HOA Nazi," and if you were reasonably aware you would know that it is a term in general circulation among those who have any experience with HOAs. It connotes that certain percentage, who tend to gravitate to control of these things, HOA business being pretty boring for normal well-adjusted folks, who think that the board of an HOA are god, and what they say goes. It is a lot more complicated than that, and when you sign a contract you agree to the lawfully enforceable terms of the contract, but not the unlawful ones. Condor supports these "HOA Nazis." This guys lawyer stated the other side, including the "arbitrary and capricious" nature of the decision.

And no, "HOA Nazis" do not have another legitimate point of view.
