I'm guessing that the American flag is regarded as a 'racist symbol of oppression and conquest' by the typical Leftist SEIU Union Thug.
I would imagine also that spelling America correctly would have caused the SEIU to consider itself as having become become 'aligned' with America, something that they really can't tolerate, much like the hard-Left militant-lesbians like to refer to themselves as 'womyn' because they can't bear to have the word 'men' associated with them in any way.
My initial guess would be that it refers to the typical Union Dues as delivered to the Union Bosses.
Since I value my Free Republic membership, I don't think that it would be wise for me to go into any additional detail ;-)
