Retired Air Force Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney has supplied an affidavit in support of Army Lieutenant Colonel Terrence Lakin, who faces trial on October 13-15. The retired Air Force three-star is the highest ranking officer yet to lend public support to LTC Lakin. His affidavit acknowledges widespread concerns over the President's Constitutional eligibility and demands the President release his birth records or the court authorize discovery.

McInerney’s sworn affidavit was filed in Court-Martial in support of Lakin’s motions for subpoenas for all of the president’s school records, and for a deposition of the custodian of Obama’s birth records in the possession of the State of Hawaii. The Judge has set a hearing in the Court Martial on these motions for this coming Thursday, September 2nd at 11:00 at Ft. Meade, Maryland. All court proceedings are open to the public. The courthouse is located within Ft. Meade at 4432 Llewellyn Avenue, which is on the corner of Llewellyn and Ernie Pyle Road. At the first intersection after the Reece Road gate, you should turn left on to Ernie Pyle Road. The courthouse is approximately 1 mile south of the intersection of Reece Road and Ernie Pyle Road.

LTC Lakin is a physician, and is in his 18th year of service in the Army. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He has been recognized for his outstanding service as a flight surgeon for year-long tours in Honduras, Bosnia and Afghanistan. He was also awarded the Bronze Star for his service in Afghanistan and recognized in 2005 as one of the Army Medical Department’s outstanding flight surgeons. In March of this year, he announced in a video posted on YouTube that he would refuse to obey orders until receiving proof of the President’s eligibility.

God bless him. No matter of national security is more urgent than getting rid of the faux CIC.

In a sane world, is LTC Lakin really asking for all that much?

These three support Lt. Col. Lakin:

Lt. Gen. Thomas G. McInerney - A retired lieutenant general from the U.S. Air Force

Army Major General (Ret) Jerry Curry - Curry served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for the Carter Administration, as Press Secretary to the Secretary of Defense for the Reagan Administration, and has worked in international relations, public affairs, management, aviation, and research and development.

Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, who served in Vietnam and retired in 1991 from the U.S. Army as deputy commanding general for the Pacific.

In a sane world, Larkin would not have to ask! What is so sad, the process has slipped so far down from honorable, with civilian judges serving the corrupt politicians, that the military will sacrifice this man to avoid dealing with the issue. And thereby one of the very last bastions of honor in America will be compromised. Without honor as the foundation of our military, whom stands in the breech against these bastards now running the Republic into unrecoverable bankruptcy?

I've always like McInerney. Straight shooter. As is Vallely.

This will probably spell the end of those two as military analysts for Foxnews.

McInerney? Wow! It will be amusing watching the anti-birthers try to tear his credibility down.

If the day ever comes when a court orders 0bongo to show his BC I hope the ruling says "By order of the court Mr. 0bama must plaster his long form birth certificate on his forehead for all the world to see."

IIRC, the Judges originally denied access to the BC based on the fact that those requesting it were not ‘suffering’.

LTC Lakin is, in even the strictest legal sense, suffering, and the heart of the issue is the BC and the testimony of those who handle those documents.

Ergo, there should be only one conclusion.

Can we hope that more military officers will step up to save Our Republic?

Is there any way that civilians can urge more military officers to step up to the plate?
Just asking. I believe I have a need to know.

Seems to me that being the Commander in Chief to US Armed forces requires proper vetting of said Commander in Chief, and if politicians won’t do it, the Military can.

I expect some real surprises from a military court dedicated to “Duty, Honor, Country.”

May God Bless America.

Are you optimistic, or merely hopeful?

God help America.

In a sane world, is LTC Lakin really asking for all that much?

In this world, this nation, this presidency, all Lakin is asking is what should have been supplied before Obama was nominated to run for the presidency but was apparently never asked, nor supplied.

That judges appointed to see to it that Constitutional law specifically worded to cover candidates for the presidency of this nation repeatedly refuse to proceed with demand for production of proof of eligibility to resolve the issue once and for all is also, in and of itself, highly questionable.

The truth will come out. One patriot will eventually come forward with the truth and then it will be impeachment time and exposure of all those who plotted this sham against the American people.
