Copper comes inside a lot but he's an outside dog. He is in a fenced yard. Anytime he's out of the fenced yard he's in harness either on a regular leash (around people) or on a 20' long lead for walking on the farm. It's never wise to turn one loose. The natural instinct to trail is too strong. He's 18 months old in these pictures and already 100lbs. I had him weighed at 2-years old and he was 110 pounds and 31 inches tall. When the Vet weighed him he didn't like the scale and had one foot on the floor and was leaning against the wall so he's probably more than 110lbs. They tell me he will grow until he's three. The trick with these big powerful guys is training, training, training. They are gentle giants but extremely strong.
