Give me alternatives, not the obvious methods that we and "Congress" are already aware of. There are NO alternatives to the Constitutional processes ... unless you'd prefer another form of government.
What part of this don't you understand.

Are you a Constitutional Scholar or are you speaking only about the parts of the Constitution that are most commonly know to us all?
