The female teacher is a pervert and deserves to do some serious jail time. The ten-year-old male student she had sex with will be messed up for years. He is a victim. The concept that the male is always considered the aggressor in sex becomes irrelevant when a 40-year-old female teacher seduces a ten-year-old male student. This is really no better or worse than any teacher having sex with a ten-year-old student, be it a male or female teacher. It is wrong, morally and legally - and it isn't the least bit 'cute'.
