The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Saturday shows that 24% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-five percent (45%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -21 (see trends).

Last year the NEA sent out lesson plans that included a question asking how they could help Obama.
This year may be different. Even after the Porkulus and Obama's incessant pro-union, pro big gov. efforts, the NEA is bashing him because he re-authorized No Child Left Behind and backs "Race to the Top" guidelines.
At this point, Obama seems to be succeeding in infuriating both sides. Hard core leftists won't vote for conservatives, but they may be discouraged enough that they won't work as hard for, or show up to vote for, leftist candidates this year.
Perhaps the reason is that the contestants are paid quite well and a 19 yr old single mom can use the money.

I’ve seen lots of speculation about that, but nobody who can actually vouch for Big Ears having initiated a “gay” sex act. (How he could have been molested by family or mentors is another question, and that doesn’t mean he must be “gay” any more than a robbery subject must be a “spendthrift” or a murder subject a “suicide.”)
The social dialogue about homosexuality is hard enough to navigate through the rancor without bringing bogosities like this into it.
