This is tax fraud
from my perspective to put money into research that does not have any short term or possibly long term chance of success.
It is just greasing the pockets of researchers that are loyal to Obama and the Democrats.
And it appears this judge had the courage to give Obama the Middle Finger Salute in this manner...

And does not mention that embryonic stem cell research preceded adult stem cell research. embryonic is old research, adult stem cell research is the new field, and exploding in its promise, while ESCR languishes in a myriad of deeply serious scientific difficulties.
