Is it me, or does Rose sound a bit out of sorts or just sort of quiet today?
Or maybe her back is acting up what with the weather.
Morning...she started out slow (but earlier than the 6:30 newsbreak).
I kinda don’t agree with her about the Koran burning. Last night I saw the news of the burning of OUR flag and the minister (in effigy) and the profound irony of that was lost on even Fox. Where is the ACLU? Isn’t this a freedom of speech issue?
And the Jason Altmeier ads are annoying (to me)...must need more caffienne :)
True...it is damp...arthritis type weather. She started subdued, but is sounding ‘normal’ (fired up) now :)
No one can log on. WE've tried using Wifi to access some networks nearby but they seem to be down as well. Dittos to the cable TV.
That turns out ot be a good thing actually. We hooked up the antenna and get 6-10 channels. Since we don't watch TV much anyway we might cancel that part of Comcast when we can. IIRC we're stuck for awhile though.
Rose sounds tired right now talking about how important it is to vote this time around.
I get those emails from Pelosi that ROse is talking about. They are hilarious!

Sometimes Jim or Rose seems to "make up" with Altmire but after that dirty trick he pulled with the Bush WH (arranging for vets families to tour the WH but the program was only open to vets from Iraq) he's a snake to me!

I’m slow today - seems I try to get ahead in the mornings - but still fall behind! Haven’t been able to post much, but listening. I’m really excited about this election. Can’t wait until Nov 2nd. I was encouraged by Rose’s report about the Republican numbers. Hubby just came in and said that Pa will probably go Repub this year!
Rose also emphasized supporting conservative candidates. I make a donation to Michele Bachmann’s campaign. Pelosi has her sights on Bachmann!
I wonder if they ‘make up’ when his campaign buys ad time on the Warroom :)
I am waaaay behind too. I used to juggle things so much better...now, pfft. If it gets done; it gets done...if not...oh well!
Our daughter’s wedding is in one month and I am feeling overwhelmed. Trully. I am looking forward to November for soooo many different reasons.
Yes, I’ve heard some Altmire ads on the station, but none for his opponent yet. I think Rose is reluctant to criticize Altmire.
