Pop Star Accused Of 'Inappropriate Behavior'
BALTIMORE -- It seems teen sensation Justin Bieber had a bit of a run-in with Maryland state troopers before his sold-out concert Sunday at the Maryland State Fair.
A state police spokesperson said Bieber, while "horsing around with members of his staff," threw water balloons at two troopers, the 11 News I-Team's Jayne Miller reported.
One of the balloons hit a trooper's gun belt and burst, and the other brushed a trooper on the chest but didn't burst, Miller reported.
It happened outside a trailer Bieber was using before the concert. The troopers were there for crowd control.

OH MY GOSH!!!! stuff like this is only news in a police state

Bieber stuned...with a taser?
From my cold, wet fingers...
Well, when you are dealing with Maryland authorities, maybe this was the right thing to do...
It was not snowballs and not the DC Police... so all is cool.
OMG! This is HUGH!
And it looks like this Bieber coulda/mighta been STUNED!!!
I bet he gets charged with assualt. The blood sucking gubment cheese eating union thugs MUST be respected!
You almost had it right
I bet he gets charged with assault. The blood sucking gubment cheese eating union thugs MUST be
Thanks for the correction. Sometimes I just don’t say what I mean!
Girls will be girls.
Md. state troopers? I smell a disability claim coming and a lawsuit.
It would have been just as easy for the guards to walk away and let little bieber fend for himself.
In fact, you do not even have to strike someone to commit an assault under common law. Simply raising your hand in a manner that would cause a reasonable person to fear an offensive touching is enough.
I love it when internet blowhards attempt to apply the law, especially when they have no concept as to what the law actually means, or how it is actually applied.
In reality, most people think that their own fantasies are law, and that the world owes it to them to apply their "law" and only their "law." That's not the system that our Framers set up. Like it or not.
A travesty, did they shoot a couple of his puppies just to be safe?
. . . next time you need law enforcement call Justin Beiber
In this case, preparing the throw the water balloon is the assault and hitting the LEO is the battery.
Justin Beiber, what a wimpy little twerp. Any other place he would be receiving Texas wedgies in the high school locker room.
