Panel Video: Can Conservatism Survive Mass Immigration?

These remarkable videos feature such prominent conservatives as Ramesh Ponnuru, Mark Krikorian, James G. Gimpel, David Frum and Bryan Griffith. The issue discussed is not Republicans vs. Democrats because some Republicans are as weak on border security as most Democrats. Rather, the discussion centers on the threat to conservatism because the political left views the hordes illegal aliens as potential allies. And, accordingly, the very culture and social structure of America may at risk with escalating costs for bankrupt public school districts, insolvent hospitals, social welfare costs, prison incarcerations, and the human and financial ravages of the drug cartel - not to mention the chaos of a bi-lingual society.

I actually wrote an essay about this and how conservatives must reach out to these new immigrants, who have a lot more in common with us then than liberals, or the balance of power could be shifted for many, many years. This is an extremely important issue for the gop, tea party, etc to address.

How do they "reach out" without pandering and at the same time pissing off the conservatives in this country?
