Conservatives should stop going on the Sunday morning shows. The Sunday shows are propaganda wings of the Democratic Party and exist for no other reason than to echo the Democratic machine and play gotcha with conservatives. The conservative message can be gotten out to the citizenry without going thru broadcast networks which increasingly act like cornered, wounded animals when they come into contact with people they disagree with.
No audience, no ratings, no networks. Stop going on the networks and stop watching them.

The only one who “fell for it” is Boehner...by going on CBS.

Your post says it all! If only our elected officials felt the same way. Instead of saying ‘No’, they just look for more creative ways to drain “revenue” from taxpayers.
I have a friend who works at a state office. People come in for child support or custody services and get out of paying fees because they are “indigent”. They have cell phones, hair done up, glittering nails and the kids have new sneakers. No shame, either...they are ENTITLED to our money.

Recall here that Reagan said that it’s better to take the half loaf than go for the whole and lose it all.
Boner still needs though to demand tax breaks for the wealthy if they own a business, then kill the Dems if they resist saying they aren’t for jobs.
The other thing he needs to do is demand spending cuts to ‘pay’ for the tax breaks, just like the Dems do.

Stick to your philosophic guns, and do not let them define this fight in class warfare terms. You will never hear the end of it as they use it for political purposes. Those tax cuts will help everyone.
Don’t even talk about this until after the election. Instead - attack attack attack.
What a moron! Get Obama to make concessions. Stop the foolhardy spending and bailouts that go nowhere. Stop taking vacations in Spain and talk about austerity.
To: Old Retired Army Guy
Thats not a concession. The Dems set a trap and Boehner didnt take the bait. That's the way I see it.

The Congressional Budget Office has estimated extending tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans would cost reduce government theft by $700 billion over the next decade.

This is a perfect illustration of the danger in conceding to your enemy their use of language and propaganda terms. The top 3% are not necessarily rich. They represent small businessmen and besides rich people provide jobs. Tax breaks to the top 3% provide jobs. This was another squandered opportunity to educate the masses.

LOL, I said when Obamacare passed that Republicans would NOT repeal it.
I got creamed on FR...so I said...let’s see if Repubs campaign on REPEAL.
Boehner just proved me right.
