Why questions about Obama’s faith, background refuse to die (Kenyan's birth certificate perhaps?)

Why questions about Obama’s faith, background refuse to die
By Glenn Gilbert
Published: Friday, September 10, 2010

Why do questions persist about President Obama’s faith and birth certificate?

A national survey by the Pew Research Center found that nearly one-in-five Americans, 18 percent, now say Obama is a Muslim, up from 11 percent in March 2009. Only about one-third of adults, 34 percent, say Obama is a Christian, down sharply from 48 percent in 2009.

The president was finally prompted to address the issue recently.

“I can’t spend all of my time with my birth certificate plastered on my forehead,” Obama said during an interview with NBC “Nightly News” anchor Brian Williams.

“I think both questions can be answered similarly,” said David Dulio, chairman of Oakland University’s political science department.

“I think there is confusion because the president’s opponents planted a seed early on with things like complaints that Obama will not produce his birth certificate, questions about where he was born, etc.; his middle name, Hussein — and I’m not saying this is appropriate — likely leads some to question it,” Dulio said.

“President Obama’s opponents have found something that seems to be sticking with at least part of the electorate. That’s why it persists.”

“In logical terms, this one is a mystery to me,” said Peter Trumbore, associate professor of political science at OU.

“It seems to fit with the general pattern of belief in conspiracy theories — whether we’re talking about advance knowledge of Pearl Harbor, 9/11 truthers, New World Order, or the NAFTA superhighway. In all of these cases, evidence to the contrary simply becomes more evidence of the conspiracy,” Trumbore said.

Obama’s main problem is he doesn’t understand freedom. The “roller coaster” of the market he said he would tame. Well, how does freedom do that. It doesn’t, socialism does. He stated that the tides of rich and poor will go away. Well, there goes your shot at poor.

What’s interesting about this report is that the article doesn’t try to say what “evidence to the contrary” has been given. Could be because they know that if they report inaccurate information - such as the forged COLB on Factcheck, the forged newspaper birth announcements, or that Fukino has verified Obama’s Hawaii birth (which they only indirectly allude to by making Factcheck the source of that claim) - they will get blasted.

This author makes no claims of his own. Just like Fukino made no claims of her own when she said she saw the vital records WHICH made sworn claims about Obama’s Hawaii birth. She didn’t verify anything herself, personally - just like this author makes no claims of his own, only cites what somebody else claims. That made it so that I could not correct the article because the article only cites inaccurate sources. Just like Fukino did. She isn’t held legally liable because she made no claims of her own.

I just want everybody to notice that. The posting of the facts is making a difference in the way that the media has to report this. What needs to be done, really, is to take Factcheck.org down, down, down because they will soon be the only source left which will still make these lies. Everybody else will just quote them.

We may not ever know more than we already know; it’s just a matter of putting the pieces together, and realizing that he can’t produce the AUTHENTIC birth certificate that was prepared at or near the time he was born.

The computer generated forgery with the green background is not probative of the issue.

I’d love to try this case in a court of law using the real rules of evidence. Maybe the truth will come out if he is tried for treason.

I just wonder two things: If our gutless leadership in DC will actually DO anything about this stuff or ignore it as they have been. And if too much time has passed and they have had enough time to destroy real evidence and create enough fake evidence. They teach us in law, that if you haven't solved a case before the one year anniversary, you probably never will.

Good one, FrankR. The extensive mechanics of keeping B.O.’s secrets come down to one fact: the media refuses to investigate him and the cover-up he (and his handlers) have orchestrated.

****

They’ll ignore it and continue to hide the truth from us po’ ole ign’ant Americans.

Why?

There is a common thread in dong this, as with the muzzies’ tactics: don’t expose the truth or the natives will get restless.

“New World Order, or the NAFTA superhighway”

I doubt these things are considered *conspiracies* any longer. Unless you are completely out of touch with reality.

The overwhelming majority of those who call themselves Christians attend chruch on a fairly regular basis..at least once a month. It’s what we, as Christians do, it defines us as such...the experience of worshipping together, the Eucharist (for some), fellowship..so when the see that this so-called self-proclaimed “committed Christian” hasn’t attend church at all since his inaugural, hasn’t even bothered to try to find a church to attend.. (and BTW..what about religious instruction for his daughters) well, they’ve stopped believing the baloney..

It was a stupid response to a question about his religion. Birth certificates don’t list your religion. And of course, Brian Williams didn’t press him on it.

I knew what aa flim-flam artist Obama was.

My true anger is at the idiocy of much of the electorate.

Why? Well, let’s try these for starters.

1. Because he acts like a Muslim and does not act like a Christian.

1a. Because he was born and bred a Muslim, yet insisted that he was “never” a Muslim. That is a lie.

2. Becauser he frequently shows contempt for America and Americans.

3. Because he refuses to release his birth certificate and most of his other records.

4. Because he is a proven liar.

Obama is childlike. Whenever he gets trapped into talking about a problem or a failure of his performance, he evades with childish bombastic terms.

“I can’t walk around with my BC on my forehead! I mean like gosh dude”, said the thirteen year old.

“Well I can’t go down there and suck it up with a straw! What do you want me to do about it?”,said the fourteen year old.

See the pattern? The guy is mentally stunted.

Yeah. As if we were asking way too much of him simply because we didn’t appreciate his posting of a forged COLB.

The guy should be thanking the people who provided a court case where he COULD HAVE presented his amended BC as evidence and had a judge find it to be probative. That is, after all, the only way he could have qualified by Jan 20, 2009 as required by the 20th Amendment.

Instead of thanking his mama for the car keys I bet he pissed in her car and then complained about the stink. Sounds about like the emotional par for him.

” Obama, referring to “birthers” who have waged a guerrilla campaign questioning either the existence or the validity of his Hawaiian birth certificate, said: “The facts are the facts...”

The fact is that Hawaii has Obama’s birth certificate and other
“ vital records “ under seal.
We have no idea what the birth certificate says or what the other vital records pertain to, because none of us,
as far as I know,
have super powers which allow us to see into vaults and read minds.

Why does commie resolution 511 say McCain was born of TWO American citizen parents but Hussein Dunham Obama only has ONE citizen parent??

You've got it Biggredd1 (this isn't Big Red from Palin Country is it?). As long as most people remain uninformed we haven't the critical mass which seems essential to our courts honoring their oaths. Judges are political appointees. They are sadly more beholden to the party (a private business) which elected them than to the law. The birth certificate ploy is clever propaganda, and worked for Chester Arthur as well. The idea: just hide it; it will distract them from the truth, which requires that they actually read!

Ohio Congressman, Army Major, prosecuting Judge Advocate in the Lincoln assassination, and principal author of the 14th Amendment John Bingham addressing the House in 1866:

I find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen….

Chief Justice, Founder, Framer, John Marshall said in The Venus, 12 U.S. 253:

“The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives or indigenes are those born in the country of parents who are citizens. Society not being able to subsist and to perpetuate itself but by the children of the citizens, those children naturally flollow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.

Chief Justice Morrison Waite, in Minor v. Happersett, provided the definition again, this time the citation used on our own government website in its annotated Constitution, and used by Horace Gray in Wong Kim Ark, to allow no uncertainty about who were natural born citizens - and Wong Kim, a "Native born citizen of the U.S.," exactly the term used by Barack to define his own citizenship, was explicity a "citizen," not natural born, because, while born on our soil, his parents were not citizens.

"The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners."

Least there be any doubt, Judge Michael Chertoff, in April 2008 in a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing which produced a resolution having no force of law, Senate Res 511, said:

“My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen,” Chertoff replied. “That is mine, too,” said Leahy.

Barack Obama, born a British Subject, of a British father, does not satisfy the constitutional eligibility requirements for president, and is not legally our president.
