Imam Feisal Rauf, fresh from his Middle East “Good Will Tour,” where he went to spread the message of inter-faith love, unicorns and candy canes (and not to raise money to build an insulting victory mosque at Ground Zero to speed U.S. domination) appeared on Larry King Live last Wednesday night and said something that seemed sorta … kinda … well, threatening—which was peculiar given his “world healer” status, his Mr. Rogers persona, his affinity for Justin Bieber, his Benny Hinn wardrobe and his religion’s peaceful, easy feelin’.
For those who missed it, Feisal Rauf, whose name according to CAIR translates in the Farsi to “fluffy love,” told Soledad O’Brien, the unbiased and competent guest host of Larry King’s wildly popular talk show, that if bigoted Americans don’t desist with their opposition to the much needed, therapeutic and ecumenical community center built by the followers of the sweetest faith in like, forever, that the insulted Islamists will have no other recourse but to start blowing crap up! And I quote:
“If we don't do this right [i.e. go ahead and build the mosque next to where George Bush blew up the Twin Towers and capitulate to every other Islamic impulse], anger will explode in the Muslim world.”
“... If we don't handle this crisis correctly, it could become something very dangerous indeed.” (He, no doubt, is speaking metaphorically, right?)
“This crisis could become much bigger than the Danish Cartoon crisis that resulted in attacks on Danish embassies in various parts of the Muslim world.” (Huh? Is he referring to the events in which ?)
What Feisal said to O’Brien tied my mind into a pretzel because I thought the Muslim world was devoid of angry freaks who blow people up and that Jeff Dunham was just being mean when he rips on them with his insensitive Achmed the Dead Terrorist act.
Sure, according to the MSM, there are one or two in their ranks who are rank, but not nearly enough to instigate worldwide violence against Americans (if we’re to believe Daisy Khan and Rick Sanchez).
However, Feisal seems to intimate this, going against his own script (and, coincidentally, the MSM’s) by suggesting that if we offend them by not letting them build a Muslim Theme Park at Ground Zero that this will cause Muslims to explode with violence, much like the countless Islamophobic websites point out on an almost hourly basis in their highly-edited and multitudinous YouTube vids and in their propaganda-laced (according to CAIR), yet highly-trafficked blogs.
Why would Feisal say something like this about the Religion of Peace? This unveiled threat of, “if Muslims don’t get their way they’ll pick up their marbles, go home, embed ‘em into a suicide vest, get their buddies, come back, and light crap up,” sounds just like the lies the Islamophobes are hawking and not the truth we’ve been sold by Daisy, sweet Daisy.
If Feisal is right and this pisses Muslims off so thoroughly that they’re going to ramp up global violence against America then that would make them look silly, backward, petulant and intolerant; and if that’s true, we, therefore, shouldn’t budge a frickin’ inch on our opposition to the Ground Zero mosque because as we all know, mama says that giving in to bullies is wrong.

...and I saw that interview and if my memory serves me correctly, I though he talked about America and the land of seperation of state and religion. That it was the American way and how we need to do this mosque to prove that to everyone, and at that moment to me he looked as if he was not approving of seperation of church and state, but lying he approved of it and our ‘way’.
and as we all know, Muslims don’t care for separation of church and state too much.
Unless it is YOUR church and state that are being separated.

If this is the case he needs to be brought before Congress and under oath tell us what he knows, if not he needs to be sent back to where he came from.
Now I get it. They are jealous of women. They want to BE women.
So let’s get this straight:
We mustn’t think of them all as violent monsters or they will blow us up.
They want to stay here in this country that they hate.
Rather than go back to the hellholes that they love.
They want to be free to build their mosque where they want and are entitled to it under our Constitution, which they hate and want to replace with Sharia law.
They respect women so much that if women don’t want this respect they have to be killed.

Rauf is in a pickle.
The narrative in the Muslim world is that the Western world (mainly Jews and Americans) are trying to oppress and kill Muslims. Not allowing a mosque at ground zero, as he says, will incite violence in the Muslim World because this would be seen as an act of oppression and would serve as a recruiting tool for terrorists. If he backs down, he loses credibility with other Muslims and maybe even his own life. At the very least, he might have innocent blood on his hands.
He said this to the Telegraph UK while accusing Sarah Palin of promoting Islamophobia:
“My major concern with moving it is that the headline in the Muslim world will be Islam is under attack in America. This will strengthen the radicals in the Muslim world, help their recruitment, this will put our people — our soldiers, our troops, our embassies, our citizens — under attack in the Muslim world and we have expanded and given and fuelled terrorism.”
This means he’s more afraid of his own than he is of us. It’s basically safer to call us all bigots so that’s what he’s doing.
I guess we all can take his insult as a compliment, then?

Doug Giles rocks my world. The photo is rather ironic seeing as his wife does not cover her hair. Which makes him, of course, a moderate muslim. Also completely outrageous after hearing Donald Trump say the “developer” turned down his offer to buy him out of the building at $1m profit. They are waiting for a better offer. Meanwhile, people were killed in Afghanistan while protesting the idea that someone in America might possibly burn a koran. Gotta love the religion of peace.

The problems with the koran burning and the WTC Mosque
In all this argument of recent days, the most important fact of the matter has been obvious from the start, but is rarely spoken of by the media or the public.
Regarding the Florida koran burning, has anyone stepped back and listened to what people are saying in detail? The first thing a person will hear is how that Pastor has the Constitutional right to do what he is doing.
The next series of statements, however, are always the majority of statements made in these conversations, namely: It is the wrong thing to do, it is inciteful, it is a cult in Florida, muslims will hate us, it will endanger the troops, and, most importantly for this conversation: we are not at war against a religion, but extremists of that religion.
This is important because of the islamic world’s reaction to this Florida Pastor; namely, that the islamic world immediately protested the planned koran burning by condemning the entire country of the United States and marched and chanted promoting our deaths to cries of “DEATH TO AMERICA!”
The response by virtually all American politicians has been an apologetic tone, one where they immediately call for the koran burning to stop, observations that it IS inciteful and that the threats to Americans at home and American Troops abroad are not acceptable and that the safety of the American public are paramount in this case.
Their tone has been to cower in fear at these threats. Not one politician has stepped forward and exclaimed, “Islam is not being attacked by an entire country or an entire religion, Islam is only being attacked by a radical. Islam needs to remember we are not all against Islam and threats to our safety are wrong and inciteful and hate filled.”
Not one. They cower to the islamic world, refuse to hold them to the same standard of behavior as they insist from their own people, refuse to insist that the Pastor in Florida is an anomaly and that the United States is no threat to islam.
What they did was bow in submission to the sensitivities of the islamic world and deny the Florida Pastor his civil rights to speak out like an American.
The islamic world will not notice. They will riot anyways. It is identical to the cartoonists in Denmark. All it took was one cartoonist to make a cartoon of Muhammad and the entire islamic world was in the streets and threatening to kill anyone who makes a cartoon of Muhammad.
Theo Van Gogh made a movie about this islamic submission in Holland, and they killed him for making the movie.
The Florida Koran burning case is quite similar to the Ground Zero mosque case with some significant differences. In Florida, the Pastor must stop his koran burning or there will be violence across the globe, and in fact, even if he does stop, there will be violence across the globe due to him stating he wanted to burn korans. In New York City, the Imam who wants to build a mosque 2 blocks away from Ground Zero, he said on CNN that if we move the mosque or deny it’s construction, there will be violence across the globe.
In both cases, if we do not submit to islamic sensitivities, there will be violence across the globe, in fact, even if we do submit to islamic sensitivities, there will most likely be violence anyways due to the fact that we spoke of those things.
Free speech is threatened in Florida, and a new twist is happening in New York City, something that Israel has seen does not work, and that is LAND FOR PEACE.
The Ground Zero mosque is about LAND FOR PEACE. If we give islam the land to make a mosque, there will be peace. If we do not give islam the land, there will be violence.
Think this through people. In both of these cases, neither has anything to do with the original concerns people expressed. It is solely about whether we submit to islamic sensitivities or have violence.
It is about Islamic blackmail of the United States.
