We here at the Tea Party Express are pulling out all the stops to help ensure a great victory for constitutional conservative Christine O'Donnell in Tuesday's critical GOP Senate primary.

We launched a "Phone From Home" program that allows supporters like you from around the nation to do your part to volunteer and help this campaign for free.  And we urgently need more people to join this program and make calls from home for Christine O'Donnell to Delaware Republicans both today (Monday) and tomorrow (Tuesday).

It's simple for you to participate in.

Just send an email to: phonefromhome@teapartyexpress.org

We'll send you a short list of Republican voters to call in Delaware, along with a very simple message to deliver to each of these voters.

We also ask that you ask 2 friends to also send an email to: phonefromhome@teapartyexpress.org and ask them to help out as well!

She is a fraud and a flake. If you are successful tomorrow you will ensure this seat stays Democrat.

If she loses the seat will remain liberal leftist no matter which of the candidates wins in Nov.

The attacks on Christine and the Tea Party continue from the Republican establishment ... if you can’t beat her try to smear her. Nice try.

If these are your views, I suggest you get out of the way so as not to be run over by the wave of conservative voters. The time for supporting the elitist leftists because they have an "R" next to their name is over.

I totally agree with you. Real change is going to come from the grass-roots movement, not from a bunch of rich, country-club Republican fat cats.

Just be careful you do not annoy the voters with multiple calls each day.

I just called and ripped the Erie County Republican Party for 8 calls by noon.

I asked them, short of physical violence what does it take to stop all the phone calls.

One robo call a day listing the supported RINOs (that is all we have in NYS) would be sufficient.

I’ll match my conservative credentials with anyone. I am not enamored with Castle, but O’Donnell is not the answer. I suggest you do your homework and find out what she is all about. She is no Sarah Palin. She is no Rand Paul. She is a an opportunist who uses the courts to settle her grievances. She is a financial train wreck. This is a woman who exemplifies the “Cheshire Cat”. She may have some of you fooled , but I suggest you look deeper than your conservative emotions. You may not like Castle, but if this Ding Dong gets nominated, then wlecome to 6 more years of a Liberal Dem Senator walking lock step with Harry Reid.

Some posters are so quick to character assassination instead of a polite conversation. Did I hear coarsening of culture and I’m reading it all over the place? Obviously not just a left wing mental disease thing.
She looks like a mama grizzly and sounds like one. We should know shortly who wins.

Yeah, but Castle is a 75-year-old leftist who can be defeated in the 2012 GOP primary if we can get a qualified, honest, responsible conservative to run, and in the meantime Castle will count as an R for purposes of making conservative Jeff Sessions (R-AL) Chairman of the Judiciary Committee instead of liberal Pat Leahy (D-VT). Coons, on the other hand, is a 50-year-old liberal Democrat who may well stay in the Senate for 28 years.

Nope, your last post parroting liberal talking points just blew any "conservative" credentials you might have had. You might be a staunch Republican but Conservative? Not so much.

I don't disagree wityh you but this is not the thread to make a pitch against O'Donnell. There are plenty of other threads to do that on, trust me.

Lets show respect to the pro-Christine crowd and not hijack their thread.

Relax. The guy you are supporting is a liberal, that’s why you are getting razzed. O’Donnell is conservative. I’d rather have a conservative than a liberal, regardless of what kind of attacks they throw at her. They attack every conservative personally, that’s all they have left. We’ve got to stand strong and worry about all the other stuff early in the campaign when looking for candidates, not at the end when the choice is Liberal (Castle) or Conservative (O’Donnell) . . . the Republicans should have found as strong a conservative as they could . . . and if Christine’s it, she’s our girl. RINO’s get an easier ride from the press, the party establishment, so they look clean, but . . . they sell us out in actual legislation, the important stuff.

That’s a good one right there.

Christine O’Donnell is a shameless liar (pretended to be studying for a master’s degree at Princeton when she hadn’t even graduated from college, claimed to have carried two counties against Biden when she carried zero), runs through (other people’s) money like it’s going out of style, doesn’t pay her debts (except when she uses campaign contributions to pay back rent on her apartment), sued a conservative group for $6.9 million because they demoted her from her $30,000-a-year job after finding out that she lied about her credentials, has no business, military or legislative experience, hasn’t held a steady job in years . . . it is risible to compare Christine O’Donnell on issues of qualifications, honesty or responsibility to any of the grassroots conservatives who will be elected to the U.S. Senate this year. Check out the résumés of Pat Toomey, Marco Rubio, Joe Miller, Ron Johnson, Ken Buck . . . heck, even the much-maligned Sharon Angle is a superstar next to O’Donnell. O’Donnell is a gadfly and con artist, while the others are serious candidates with actual qualifications for office.

Just because she’s conservative and cute is no reason to ignore all of the reasons why she cannot possibly be elected to the U.S. Senate in Delaware.

But if you think that sending a message to RINOs (whom, I assure you, you do not detest any more than I do) and getting a Democrat elected as a direct result (not merely “taking a chance” and “placing the seat at risk”; it would be taking a 95% probability of winning the seat and turning it into a 9.99% probability of losing the seat) is more important than winning control of the U.S. Senate and stopping Obama’s agenda, then by all means vote for O’Donnell. Just keep in mind that Coons is 50 and Castle is 71, and that it will be a lot easier for a conservative to defeat Castle in the 2014 primary than to defeat Coons in the general election.

The election is to fill the remainder of Bidens term. As such, the winner gets sworn in upon certification. The winner would have to defend again in 4 years.

This all reeks of a manufactered smear campaign. As with any good smear campaign, each assertion has a tiny element of truth. I have heard explainations from the O’Donnell campaign offering reasonable explainations for most of these accusations. You can believe her or you can believe the GOP and their lackies in the media who have thrown their lot in with RINO Castle. Also, when O’donnell ran against Biden, the liberal press and the democratic machine didn’t find and use this stuff. And Sarah Palin and Jim Demint, both savy political operators who each would lose creditability if they hitched their wagons to a political liability, have endorsed her. You think they didn’t get their well paid staffs to thoroughly vett O’Donnell before throwing in their support? They could have as easily sat on the sidelines if they felt for one second that these accusations had legs. No these accusations don’t pass the smell test.

I was giving O’Donnell the benefit of the doubt until she went on a radio show and started lying about some of the accusations, blaming everything on a massive conspiracy and pretty much failing to address any of the accusations. She also spoke with a conservative columnist about the accusations, promised to e-mail a response the next day, and then e-mailed that she would not dignify the accusations with a response. Frankly, it’s not even he said, she said, it’s he said, she changed the subject or lobbed an accusation against someone.

But I certainly agree with you that it is unconscionable that so many prominent conservatives have endorsed her without (seemingly) vetting her properly. You obviously

Oops, got cut off. Let me repost the final paragraph:

But I certainly agree with you that it is unconscionable that so many prominent conservatives have endorsed her without (seemingly) vetting her properly. You obviously believe that the prominent conservatives must have vetted her properly and found the charges to be fake, but I believe that it is far likelier that the conservatives saw what they wanted to see because they so badly want to defeat Castle (and smell blood after the RINO Lisa Murkowski—who is Jesse Helms compared to Castle—lost to Joe Miller). I, too, would love for a conservative to beat Castle and win that Senate seat, but unfortunately that is not going to happen if we nominate a gadfly like O’Donnell.

“But I certainly agree with you that it is unconscionable that so many prominent conservatives have endorsed her without (seemingly) vetting her properly”.

Please don't put words in my mouth. I don't find anything “unconscionable” about Palin and Demint’s endorsements. Yes, I assert that Palin and Demint had to have vetted Christine very well and must have found the allegations against her baseless(and they both have very good track records with their endorsements nationwide IE no blow back and good records at picking the winner). Stop using the cheap campaign tactics typical of the GOP during this campaign by twisting my words nor make huge assumptions about the diligence and motives of two highly respected members of the conservative movement. You practically say they have been lazy, reckless, or foolish with their endorsement of O'Donnell. Given their respected reputations, I don't think you have a leg to stand on.

I did not mean to imply that you agreed with my belief that many prominent conservatives dropped the ball on this one. I meant to say (but it obviously came out wrong as I attempted to edit the sentence on my iPhone) that you believe that the fact that Palin and DeMint must have vetted O'Donnell adequately is evidence that the myriad accusations against O'Donnell are somehow fraudulent, while I agree with you that their endorsement after proper vetting would be inconsistent with the accusations being correct. However, I do not believe that Palin and DeMint vetted O'Donnell properly, since the bar that a candidate must clear before being preferable to Castle is so low that they didn't think there could be anything in O'Donnell’s past that would make her less appealing than the RINO Castle. Just because Palin and DeMint are great Americans and conservative stalwarts does not mean that they don't make mistakes once in a while.
