If you do not grant such permission, you are not allowed entry onto these premises.” By continuing to enter upon receiving such notification, the burglar gives consent. Problem solved.

What is your source for this? As I understand its not quite that cut and dried. Post a sign near the entrances and you have inferred permission. No central site I know is refusing audio from California based security systems. Same goes with video with audio.
