Write-ins don’t affect statewide voting. She’s finished and she knows it. Good riddance.

the rino/establishment forget the argument they made why they support moderate candidates, its to win the seat. Now they’re willing to throw that argument away when they lose, to make sure democrats win

The true is, rino/establishment support her because she’s moderate, not because it will win gop the seat

Obviously considers herself a member of the ruling class and our “better”. How dare we Alaskan serf’s show such disrepsect to a member of the aristocracy! Don’t we know our place is groveling at Washingtons feet for Federal crumbs?

Extremist: I’m sure great leaders throughout history were called the same.

Murkowski is another one with a sense of entitlement to her office. This attitude need to be beaten out of the GOP.

It would really be nice for once if the ‘Pubs would fight against the real enemy (’Rats) instead of each other.

Liberalism is the real enemy. If it exists in the GOP then it needs to be fought and destroyed.

How is that ANY different than what we just did in Nevada and Delaware. We’ve assured the Democrats are going to win those states. So what’s the difference?

Don’t get me wrong, Lisa is terrible and I’m glad she lost. But we could have put anyone in the GOP slot in Alaska and won.

In Nevada and Delaware we couldn’t, so instead of taking sure fire wins there with less than conservative candidates in the general, we assured ourselves of a loss by electing two nutjobs way way way too conservative for those states....thus, INSURING the Democrats (liberal ones at that) win those two states.

We’ve done the exact same thing you just blamed Lisa for doing.

The fact is that what is now called ‘mainstream’ is what is truly ‘extreme’, and that point needs to be driven home over, and over, and over again. This woman, like so many politicians, appears to have no particular core beliefs, and to be obsessed with holding on to political relevance. This is the mark of a narcissist.

There's no reason to call them nutjobs, they're just stronly conservative and new to the scene.

Last I saw Angle was dead even (and barely ahead) of Reid in Nevada.

After he spent so much money, it's not looking good for him as she begins to fire back with the money she's raised. I wouldn't bet against her at this point; who knows how the O'Donnel thing is going to play out, certainly not you.

extremism in the defense of Liberty is no vice. And moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue.

Spoken by Barry Goldwater, 1964, at the Republican Convention.

Written for him by Karl Hess, Black Panther and Libertarian. Hess borrowed it from Harry Jaffa, who paraphrased it from Marcus Tullius Cicero. More precisely:
"I must remind you, Lords, Senators, that extreme patriotism in the defense of freedom is no crime, and let me respectfully remind you that pusillanimity in the pursuit of justice is no virtue in a Roman." - Marcus Tullius Cicero, being criticised for a hasty execution of five supporter of Catiline, a rival for leadership of Rome.

And what I want to call former Sen. Murkowski would get me banned for life from Free Republic. If the desire for smaller government, lower taxes and more personal liberty and freedom is extreme, then so be it.

Remember in November: Defeat the RATS, then the RINOs.
