Retire or be voted out. I'm going to donate to this race for Mr. Steele and urge others to do the same. Do it for your country. Steele is a physician with a great reputation. I'm going to root for him. No one should be in office as long as Dingell has.

Personally I suspect that all Michigan elections end up getting decided at the secret subterranean Master Control Center at UAW Headquarters. Nevertheless, I hope the Michigan Tea Party puts a good diaper-soiling scare into the old coot.
This was included in 1 of the comments on the site, and something I didn’t know - Steele could potentially talk about the Dingells being truly part of the Washington culture:
“Dingell’s wife is one of the most powerful lobbyists in Washington.”
Also, Debbie Dingell is on FNC from time to time. IIRC she’s a Democrat Strategist. I think she is his daughter, but not totally sure.
84 years old! These old bastages will not let go of power until they die or are forced out. Either way is fine with me, as long as they GO...
***...a longtime powerbroker like the 84-year-old Dingell ****
Dingell stabbed the NRA in the back years ago when he resigned from the NRA board of directors to vote FOR Clinton’s assault rifle ban.
And I haven’t forgotten another backstabber, Ben Nighthorse Campbell who also voted for the ban.
The link attached to Steele in the article, talking about ROB STEELE takes you to MICHAEL STEELE's bio and info.
Wonder if that was on purpose?

That effortagainst a GOP challenger who has not been heralded by the national partycomes on the heels of Dingell ramping up his fundraising and warning donors that he needs their help to make sure he can define Steele and win a seat that only he and his father have held since 1933. 77 years holding the same seat? That's long enough.
