The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is not housed under the executive branch with Congressional oversight enabled. The Bureau is EXCLUSIVELY WITH THE CONTROL of the Federal Reserve, a foreign corporation which will appoint 10 council members to interface with the Treasury appointment of Eliz Warren. The Bureau is accountable to NO ONE, apparently.
Have we all been disenfranchised financially, and are we in effect in a form of indirect “recivership” for total data monitoring of our accounts and transactions with intended manipulative control of our “consumership”?

She was one of my law professors some years ago. She’s liberal/progressive but not as far to the left as a Cass Sunstein or some of the other Czars.
She is an expert on bankruptcy laws, particularly creditor’s rights. I’m not surprised if she was kicked off a Tarp oversight board for asking good questions.
