Democrats are trying to convince themselves the GOP is hopelessly divided, but thats wishful thinking.
Christine O'Donnell's win against moderate Rep. Mike Castle in Delaware is the culmination of a growing anti-establishment feeling among Republicans.
Nothing like getting outside the Beltwayeven if only by driving up I-95 to Delaware. Because what I heard at a little polling place in Newark, Dela., told me, even before the day's election results were in, exactly what to expect in November:
An earthquake.
President Obama, meanwhile, is behaving like a guy unsure of which way to run as buildings collapse around him.
Two instructive things happened yesterday, and the contrast between them was even more instructive:

You folks that are staffers at the White House reading this, wise up...shift gears, the mood of the Nation is shifting.
Finemann keeps writing like this and he can kiss Keith Olbermann’s mindless show goodbye.
Obama told the students to study hard. Why?
If these students work hard, succeed, and get high-paying, good jobs as a result of their hard work, the democrats will tax the hell out of these students and demonize them at the same time.
Talk about mixed signals.
Too late.
We the people said no to government takeover and rationing of healthcare and many other things.
On Christmas eve, Nancy Pelosi put it through. Death panels, bailouts, 787 Billion dollars that bought 9.6% unemployment. Oil spills, complicit media hiding it and the damage that was done, and cheerleading the Socialists Democrats beyond the pale....
They ALL forgot, we are a self governed people. We will no longer be dictated to. We are fed up with being manipulated.
TOO LATE.
YOU FIRED
We told you. We even asked CAN YOU HEAR US NOW

Apparently, Fine Man got slugged real good in DE.
Too many questions? I'd rather have too many questions than too many confirmed acts from guy who's voted against our interests time after time. I don't understand this kind of reasoning on this woman's part.

Christine’s famous “baggage” would fit easily under a seat in coach. It’s her Dim opponent who has some heavy baggage, and now she is getting the funds to give it an airing.
Step 1: Take the Congress.
Step 2: Take the presidency
Step 3: Put Churchill’s bust back in the White House.
I saw the first 10 of the last 15 minutes of Hairball.
If it is on later in a replay, don’t miss the last 15 or so minutes (I’m gonna dvr the whole thing).
Lil’Chrissy tried REPEATEDLY to get David Corn on record to monetarily back up his “Christine won’t win” mantra.
Corn stammered and stuttered worse than Zero without his telepromter. He finally refused to bet.
It is worth the watch to see Chrissy in non-tingle mode for a change.
” Right now the data say voters dont like the stimulus, dont like the health-care law, dont understand the financial-reform measure.”
...this clown completely misses the public resentment over Obama’s attacks on Arizona...Tea Party candidates need to pound that issue over and over in October.
"If these students work hard, succeed, and get high-paying, good jobs as a result of their hard work, the democrats will tax the hell out of these students and demonize them at the same time."
Anyone who voted for Kagan for SCourt should be removed from office by the scruff of their neck.(GOP not excluded).
Props to Fineman for a change - he did what most of them won’t, drove outside the Beltway and got an earful from the locals. Journalists used to do that. These days they spend their time in makeup.
Precisely. When a commie tool like Fineman can tell that the Tea Party is lashing out at both the RINOs and the Dems, you’d think more of the pundocracy would be able to see it clearly.
This is not a good piece by Fineman. It still all goes back to the mantra that “Americans are throwing a tantrum”.
“I wrote in NEWSWEEK last week that the health-care law was a loser. Well, its the presidents job to prove me wrongand I think it can be done.”
He is subtly telling the readers that the law is good. Obama just cannot articulate it to voters.
“People are so angry and frustrated that they will lash out at the only big shots they control: not the banks, not Wall Street, not China, not the Beltway media, but elected officials.
How can Obama and Dems survive? Well, its OK, and necessary, to attack the likely GOP leaderships agenda. They really do want to steer Social Security toward the private sector; they do want to let the wealthy keep all of their many tax cuts; and they really are hypocritical about earmarks and spending.”
More crap from Fineman. This is an article designed to tell people that “the dems might be bad, but the conservatives are so much worse. Please be calm America and do the right thing”.
These a-holes write one article every 6 months like this to prove they are not “bias”. Of course tomorrow it will be right back to the DNC talking points.
