Islamofascism: A panel of national security experts concludes that Shariah law is a totalitarian ideology that is being used by advocates of tolerance to undermine the security of the United States.

Challenging the prevailing political correctness regarding tolerance, outreach and endless apologies to the Muslim world for defending ourselves against terrorism, the 177-page report by the Center for Security Policy, "Shariah: The New Threat To America," objectively analyzes the assault on the West by Islamofascism and warns of the grave threat posed by those who seek to use Shariah law to undermine America's legal system, Constitution, national security and way of life.

The report, whose authors included former defense, law enforcement and intelligence officials such as Clinton administration CIA Director R. James Woolsey and Andrew C. McCarthy, former assistant U.S. attorney in New York, a career counterterrorism prosecutor during the Clinton administration, was released Wednesday at a Capitol Hill press conference.

The report concludes the Shariah system is "totalitarian" and incompatible with the U.S. Constitution, our system of democratic lawmaking and the constitutional guarantees of freedom of conscience, individual liberty and freedom of expression, including the right to criticize Shariah law itself.

We have seen evidence of Shariah creeping into our culture and our legal and financial systems. In June 2009, a New Jersey state judge decided that a man who punished his wife with pain for hours and repeatedly raped her was not guilty of criminal sexual assault, citing the man's religious beliefs. The ruling was reversed by an appellate court. Maybe it won't be down the road.

With Islam gaining an ever greater foothold in America, we will see more and more advocates for Sharia Law. That which most Americans find distasteful and barbaric-already manifests in the United States with seven million Muslims. Fox News, January 1, 2008 reported a Muslim honor killing in Garrett, Texas when a 12 year old girl and her sister called 911, screaming, "My dad shot me; I am dying." She and her sister died before an ambulance arrived. Reason: father didn't like them wearing western jeans and blouses. In Clayton County, Georgia, January 26, 2009, a Pakistani immigrant father, Chaudry Rashid strangled his daughter for not accepting his choice of a husband. She wanted a divorce. She was 14 when she died. "Man Accused Of Killing Daughter For Family Honor" by Jamie Tarabay of NPR. "Honor killings are old rites of murder within families, committed because of some perceived dishonor or shame. The United Nations estimates around 5,000 deaths occur each year - mostly of women, mostly in South Asia and the Middle East."

In New York, February 16, 2009, FOX News, Joshua Rhett Miller reported, "The estranged wife of a Muslim television executive feared for her life after filing for divorce last month from her abusive husband," her attorney said - and was found beheaded Thursday in his upstate New York television studio. Aasiya Z. Hassan, 37, was found dead on Thursday at the offices of Bridges TV in Orchard Park, N.Y., near Buffalo. Her husband, Muzzammil Hassan, 44, has reportedly been charged with second-degree murder. "She was very much aware of the potential ramification of her filing for divorce might have," said attorney Elizabeth DiPirro, whose law firm represented Aasiya Hassan in the divorce proceeding. "But she wanted to proceed despite the potential for it to erupt."

Muslims want sharia law enforced everywhere. Allah calls for world domination, through force and advocates lying.

To Islam's leaders, separation of religious law and state law is sacrilege, a westernized apostasy. We in the West reject theocracy. Islam is theocracy and so much more.

Islam includes a complete system not only of personal worship, but also of exterior control: of rule-making, codified into law and enforced by armed men, at every level from family, to community, to nation. Islam must include a system of conquest because nothing is more hideous than disobedience to Islamic law. Thus, while Western governments pride themselves on liberty, under Islam, freedom is a seditious even satanic influence. If Muslims don't like it here, as you continue with your stealth jihad and claiming victim status, then get out and go back to the Islamic country you, or your family, came from.

what kind of parent would let their kid go there anyway even if they were told about how the place was built etc.

Why didn’t the teacher get those kids out of there right away and why did the parent just stay there, I would have filmed that and then walked right up there , grabbed my kids and told them they this is not the last they have heard about this

homosexuality and now this in the MA public schools , now is the media up there ignoring this or are people just not caring?

so happy I live down in this county here where we never even see anything like this, hell this is one of the most republican areas in the state and where everyone speaks English.
Maybe muslims won’t come here due to the fact this place is where the first Christian prayer was said in North America plus it is the oldest town in America.

And just think of the reaction if Muslim parents found out that their children had been taken to a church and participated in prayer... There would be a few teachers that were suddenly a head shorter.

I had to take culture diversity sensitivity traing at work but they didn't talk about this liberal conflict in it(the white male Christians are always the oppressors in those lectures.) .

I guess my first question is: even if he can beat and rape her does she still have the right to an abortion even if he objects ? Priorities are priorities, rights are rights :)

I have no idea how trial judges serve in NJ - term, life whatever. But, that sentence is all anyone needs to read to know that a seat on the bench for life is a BAD, BAD idea. His stupidity really goes beyond description. He should be removed post-haste.

The beautiful thing about a ruling like this is it shows how crazy these liberal NJ judges are. It gets overturned anyway so no one is hurt by it.

The ruling that actually still bothers me is the one that told the NJ legislature that they had to re-write the domestic partner/same sex marriage law. If the liberal voters in NJ want same sex marriage I can live with that but a court telling the legislature what laws they must pass really annoys me. The ruling class.

Yep. The Court needs to learn that it should leave the complicated domestic (and international) issues of the day, to the legislature, where they belong.

This isn't a "civil rights" issue. No one is telling gays that they can't own businesses, or eat in restaurants or ride buses and there aren't people riding through the countryside lynching them.
