You make a distinction without saying anything; namely “called” vs “commanded.”
This is the third time I am asking: Please define both words.
If you do not then I know that you are merely using them as synonyms and citing that they “are two different words” as an escape-hole/avoidance.
How about this slogan:
“Stop judicial tyrrany!”
>How about this slogan:
>
>Stop judicial tyrrany!
While I like it and agree with its sentiments, I think people would view my actions as a form of “judicial tyranny.”
For example, I would demand that the “no weapons” signs on my courthouse be taken down and *ALL* such weapon restrictions on freemen would be removed. {Consider that the the prisoner, by definition, is not a freeman; I would do this so as to be in accordance with Article 2, Sec 6 of the State Constitution.}
I would, if I could, initiate legal action against the local University for violating the rights of students/employees.visitors under this law:
http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode18/usc_sec_18_00000241——000-.html
I would also initiate, again if I could, action against the state for many of it’s Statutes concerning weapons [which you’ll see I’ve gotten worked up on this very thread over].
I would throw out ANY case that came across my desk when a police officer seized evidence w/o the authority of a warrant.
Basically I’d try my best to “be a f-ing dick” about making the state toe the line on the State Constitution.
LOL
Oh, I see them.
Thank goodness! There is at least one other person in this world who sees that government schooling and First Amendment Rights are utterly incompatible.
It is amazing to me how many uncomprehending people simply write me off as a crazy fringe nut.

It’s worse than you think; our government itself and the entire bill of rights are entirely incompatible; and they will continue to be until the people themselves view the [fundamental] relationship between the government and the Constitution in a wholly new light; which is what this post is about:

[To put it in one sentence: it is the Constitution that defines the government (and the law), not the government that defines the Constitution.]

lol - Take a look at the few comments I’ve gotten from the above.
“We are called to be obedient to authority, even when they are wrong.
Fatuous b*llsh*t!
Be a man.
Hebrews 5:13 For every one that useth milk [is] unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, [even] those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
Such people would never dare tell their heretical simple minded pacifistic interpretations to all the parents of and survivors of the tens of millions of Christians in history who have been abused, raped, dismembered, pillaged, tortured, murdered, sexually and otherwise molested, etc. at the hands of claimed or perceived “authority” figures all over the world whether it is from some guy at the tribal level or from some suit at the UN level and anyone claiming and yielding power/authority in between.
Such heretics do not know what the concept of authority/power/slavery even means and how it comes about through men picking up weapons and claiming power over someone/group as it has been for thousands of years in various forms/groups/styles from the military overthrow method to a bloodline based method to any number of voting methods to a slavery and dictatorship method, etc
Naive children are too young and sheltered to be able or willing to face the real world, it is too cozy and warm under their covers all alone in their bedroom with the door locked lying there all alone with no one to threaten or harm them where they can easily block out all the screams of the abused all around the world while they sleep soundly.
My younger kids still like those dvd’s :)
I’m totally at a loss for a comment on this one. I
FReeper searched on keyword “publicschools” in connection
with another topic.
Anyone ever suffered from outrage overload? I just had
a severe attack.
That the teachers were the informers says quite a lot
too. This system is beyond reform. BTW one small idea
of mine for replacement, non-monopolistic instructional
alternatives is a requirement for webcams in all the
classrooms where parents are not present. Access only
to parents.
This is a keeper and I’m keeping it. Glad I read through
the comments until I found it, instead of stopping early.
This story and the story of the 6 year old cheerleader need to be pounded into taxpayers by the TEA Party candidates along with other themes...
