Berlin - Chancellor Angela Merkel said Germans had for too long failed to grasp how immigration was changing their country and would have to get used to the sight of more mosques in their cities, according to a newspaper. (Snip) "Our country is going to carry on changing, and integration is also a task for the society taking up the immigrants," Merkel told the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung daily. "For years we've been deceiving ourselves about this. Mosques, for example, are going to be a more prominent part of our cities than they were before," she added.

Yeah, for years anyone who raised a red flag on this was called a racist. Now Angela is hinting that Germans will have to be Dhimmis in their own land. I wonder how the average German is going to swallow this?

The difference is that Mexicans are not opposed to Western culture - they are Christians, descendants of the Western Christian culture of Spain, and while you may not like them, they aren’t out to kill us or take us over. The Muslims, on the other hand, would gladly crush every German Christian head into the ground.
And the Muslims here, in places such as Detroit and Minneapolis, will gladly do the same. They’ve already silenced bells in those cities and are broadcasting their Islamic howlings. And, incidentally, probably the majority are legal immigrants, brought in through family reunification, or illegals who overstayed a legal family reunification or student visa. So illegality is not necessarily the defining issue here. What is legal or illegal all depends on US immigration law.
Don’t criticize Merkel unless you intend to do something about our own immigration policy, which is heavily slanted towards Islamic countries (especially after Obama changed it by an administrative act the month after he was inaugurated).

As I recall the Germans under Hitler were quite friendly with muslim countries. The German people at the time were enthralled by Hitler. Difficult to understand Merkel softening on muslims when other countries are awakening to another middle ages problem.

Our immigration policy was designed by the Democrats back in 1965 and they have continued to bring in more “exotic” people all the time. When the Republicans get in, we have to pressure them to cut back on immigration. If the Repubs were smart, they would drive home the point to the nation, that the liberal Democrats with all of their politically correct policies were the ones who brought in millions of Muslims.
The immigration issue has to be brought up for discussion. No matter whether they calls us nativists, bigots, blah blah blah, we have to point out that the Democrat policies are endangering our country. The people will be on our side, everybody is fed up with the Muslims and all of their garbage. Stopping Muslim immigration is a sure fire winner for the Republicans.

Because on a number of really IMPORTANT issues, the main parties in both countries are no different - one of those is immigration. Another is bailing out bankers and deadbeats, and another is spending like drunken sailors.
In America, we have the Tea Party to deal with that. In Sweden, they now have the “Democrats”. Other countries have their parties, but (obviously) we mean business.
Notice the use of the word “integration”. What exactly do they mean by that? The term “integration” is also used by the people behind the North American Union. This is language that is hinting of the bringing together of the Moslem countries into the European Union. They are forcing Islam down the throats of the European people because they want their empire to extend into the Moslem world. There is advanced discussion of bringing Turkey into the European Union. Even Sarkozy is talking about the “Mediterranean Union” which would include the Moslem countries along the south of the Mediterranean sea.
Looking at this with new eyes gives us some insight into the Bosnian/Serb/Kosovo conflict. Why did Clinton and Europe take the side of the Muslims against the Christian Serbs? Because they wanted to appease the Moslems and do not want any Christians standing up for their rights. They already had their plans in mind for including Turkey and other Moslem countries into their empire so they didn't want any dhimmi uprisings.
Look at how the European leaders are treating their own people. Basically giving them up to their Moslem tormentors. This is treachery on a grand scale.
It looks like anyone who wants to move up high in politics has to sign in to the globalist one world agenda. Merkle is no conservative because a true conservative would fight for her country's independence with her dying breath.

The Muslim religion seems to be spreading faster than Christianity these days and that is a scary thought. Remember my friends that despite Obama’s denial of us ever being at war with Islam, the fact is that the Western world has been at war with Islam for over 700 years. When they took Jerusalem over hundreds of years ago they planted a victory mosque where they thought Solomon’s Temple was. If they get their mosque built on Ground Zero even peaceful Muslims will whisper to themselves that they are in the midst of taking over the Western world.

That is the chilling, but very simple, truth. (And it is DISGUSTING.)
That’s ridiculous. Hispanic immigration is NOT Muslim immigration. There was one place, Chiapas, that the left had taken over which did indeed have Muslim proseletysing - but the majority of those who “converted” were people who had first converted to Evangelical Protestantism.
They were Catholics in a left-wing diocese who went into these Protestant churches where everything is grouped around a pastor. When he leaves, changes or simply reveals himself to be a human being like anybody else, they are scandalized and leave Christianity. Mostly, they go into nothing; in Chiapas, the marabitun had sent people there, and many of them converted to Islam.
But then the Pope removed that bishop and appointed an orthodox Catholic, and now the bleeding to Protestantism and, subsequently, to Islam has been stopped.
I hope you're right, it would be the only place in the world where the jihad has been brought to a halt. Meanwhile, Hezbollah is training the Zetas, beheadings are becoming an epidemic, and the muslims are patting themselves on the back over the advances in Mexico.

This mosque story has really struck a cord among the American people and is one of those “no-brainers” that the average person can see as something that is so wrong and cannot be rationalized away by the usual bs artists in the media. Maybe it was a Godsend that will wake people up and educate them about the true insidious nature of Islam.

Considering how much Latin culture adsorbed from the long rule of an Islamic Andalus, there isn't as much substantive difference as many might like to think. The Scriptures may be different, but similarities in the way they are held are striking.
