Shrewdly Clinton realizes that the TEA Party is "We the People." I wonder if Obama is paying attention. The Yahoo page has videos of Clinton talking about this.

The Tea Party is worried about all the people. We sink or swim together.

Just like Palin is our best strategist, Clinton is still their best strategist.

LOL, laying out the groundwork for Hillary and his path back into the oral office. Listen to the tea party, throw out the dems, crush obama and make him can a second term.

One thing Clinton is, is a strategic politician.

The only worry I'd have is if Obama actually took the old drunk's advise.

The truth is Slick Willie has forgotten more about the average American voter than 0bama will know in his lifetime.

Clinton is the ultimate snake oil salesman!
Indeed, he listens to his audience before delivering his tailored sales pitch! He is professional compared to The Usurper's immature dribble. I suspect that woman pick up on The Usurper's immaturity more than pollsters realize!

The Clintonistas can do a lot to turn Obozo into a one-term President by turning the Democrats against him after the Nov. elections shake things up.

Absolutely.

So why do so many on FR worry about “how we look to other people”.

Who are we trying to please?

All this sanity suddenly being displayed by the Democrats is designed to take some of the steam out of the Tea Party Rebellion. It is aimed at those mushy moderates and disenchanted Democrats who are about to jump ship. The idea is to make them think that maybe the Democrats aren't as bad as they first thought.

Don't be deceived. It is just another Democrat lie.

Sounds like Clinton is exercising the Alinsky rule about working from
within the experience of the people. In other words, he wants his buds
to join the TEA Party so that they can smash the TEA power after
infiltration.

You know slick well and your screen name is aptly chosen. The TEA Party needs to be on the look out for new members who want to lead.

See #11, by Mind-numbed Robot, for your answer.

We're not going to win by playing political games. We're going to win by winning the electorate. And Slickster recognizes that. He's not maneuvering over legislation or positions--he's aiming for what's behind it all--the voters.

And he knows it's those mushy moderates who swing things, not the liberals or conservatives (who provide the anchored base or let go, but don't swing things).

Translation: “We must seek ways to co-opt this movement & prevent it from overthrowing our control.” Few are going to be fooled by his statement after all he struggled [ when others might have resigned ] to remain in power.

Sucking up will get you nowhere, Billy! Leading the way for the scared democrats to follow and claim to be understanding of WE THE PEOPLE so there won’t be a total annihilation on voting day, are ye? Think all those MEMBERS OF THE MOB from last summer’s Town Hall fiascos are gonna forget how they were locked outside meeting halls while SEIU goons in purple shots got sent to the front of the line and filled the venue??? The tea partiers who were insulted with sexual slurs from the president on down?? The tea partiers that the president didn’t know about, or notice when a million or so of’em marched on DC in ‘09 and a few weeks ago?!

PULEEZE, do not make me throw up with your phoney commiseration with the Tea Party movement. It’s a sham, and what my kids call ‘phony baloney’!!! >:-()
