if you are at all familiar with that area, you know that place is really, really in need of a way to move traffic. Over the past 20 years a couple of big federal agencies have relocated to the Fairmont/Clarksburg area. It has built up like you would not believe. Right now, another federal installation is going up, plus a huge medical complex. They really need the road, guys. The existing roads are very old, thru existing business districts and have been impossible to widen or improve. I don't live in WV, don't vote for Democrats, and don't know Manchin; but do know the I79 interchange for Fairmont is needed.
