RE :”Barack Obama told the Hispanic Caucus in his speech that “Mexicans” were here in America long before the United States was an idea.

Of course this comment is ridiculous, pandering to illegals, but Obama sees Hispanics his secret to winning 2012. That is behind this 'Dream Act' stuff.

Okay, if we’re divvying it up on the basis of who was here first — I win. 1585 and already here to greet them. Granted, I’d have to share it with a few hundred thousand other descendants, but I figure the rest of you will have to make other arrangements. Go ahead, Barry. I personally can’t wait for the legal precedent this one sets. We’ve been really nice about sharing, but if we’re gonna’ call dibs, my ancestry trumps most everyone else from the Mississippi East and down through the Carolinas to the Florida border. Spain and France can take Miami and New Orleans and Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, California and the Plains Tribes get the Midwest. Looks like the rest of you are pretty much out of luck. Sorry, so bad, so sad. ;-)

Well, just look at his transcripts, if you don’t believe it ...

As I understand it, in 1810 Fr. Hidalgo started the Mexican war of independence, but it wasn't until 1821 that the Spanish finally retreated and Mexico became independent in fact.

A better case can be made that there were Spanish-speaking settlements in parts of what is now the USA, before the USA became a nation, just as there were some Franch-speaking and some Russian-speaking settlements. But small and few. The US southwest was far more Indian than Spanish. The vast, vast majority of Spanish-speaking New Spain colonists lived way south, south of the Sonoran Desert, down in central and southern Mexico.

El Bozo likes the method of conquest used by the Albanian Muslims. They came into Serbia and squatted by the thousands, bred like rabbits, declared the land theirs, and when Serbia finally tried to evict them, Bill Clinton bombed the Serbians and gave the land to the squatters.
CA, NM, AZ don’t have a very bright future. Since Texans own approximately 10,000,000 guns, they have a fighting chance.

“Long before America was even an idea, this land of plenty was home to many peoples. The British and French, the Dutch and Spanish, to Mexicans, to countless Indian tribes. We all shared the same land.”

If I may be so bold as to edit Obammy’s remarks.
Long before America was even an idea, this land of plenty was occupied by many peoples who all tried to drive each other out. The British, French, Dutch, Spanish, and countless Indian tribes all butchered each other so that they would own the land and not have to share it with the others.”

...he is...hoping the American news reporters and a majority of the American public is ignorant.

I think he's on firm ground with that hope, unfortunately.

What a supremely scary ignorant comment.

Obama has not the first clue here.

I had hoped that at some point his citizenship qualification would be revealed to be non-existent. He could then be deemed to have never been qualified, and all of his activity could be scrubbed from our government.

He could then be tried for fraud.

The fact that this guy remains in a position of power with this level of incompetence, and I would even say intentional harm to the nation, is so unacceptable. It has basically destroyed my perception that our government was somewhat valid.

It isn’t any longer. Obama is a fraud, Congress is looking the other way, and our nation is in jeopardy due to this.

The Mexicans were sitting around here waiting for somebody to get around to inventing Mexico so they’d have somewhere to fit in.

I still think that the day "we" elected him was the day the Earth returned to it's proper axis, the seas began to recede and a light shone down on us from the heavenly ramparts.

That's the spirit!

Now, the repeat the following:

LIBERAL CREED

We believe in one spender,
The Government, the Almighty,
Stimulator in times of great distress.
We Believe in Obama,
Only son of a Kansas girl.
Conceived out of wedlock
By the power of young love
Born nearly fifty years ago.
He can do no wrong.
We believe in the Holy Congress,
Giver of all life,
From whom all blessings flow.
Powered by the Federal Reserve,
And the eminences of the Supreme Court,
These great ones worshiped and glorified.
Shall spend us to prosperity now and forever.
Amen.
... and then Obozo will truly be a happy Wee Wee.

Look, the folks who were migratory had basically settled where they were going to stay. If people who were not among those who asked to become states are now going to allege that they somehow were excluded from the vote, I'm saying that simply isn't true. The people who settled in the SW and SE “applied” to be states. They met a long list of requirements to become states. For those who are unhappy now, it's a wee bit late to be bringing it up. We didn't force Texas, Arizona or New Mexico or Colorado or California to become states. They tried very hard to qualify to BECOME states. This is such a specious and bogus argument.

If anyone wants to give North America back to the Native Americans, fine. You'll see just how serious my Native American Ancestors were about border enforcement. Had they had the immunities, gun powder and cannons, we wouldn't be having this discussion.

Law is based on historical precedence. Once again we see that he, The Ornery One, doesn’t know anything about history. But he does know the communist philosophy which says that history is to be revised in order to beat down the masses and forward your, (the dictator’s) life and power!

Obama is about as accurate on this 'history' as he is on all his other 'history'. Mexico became an independent nation roughly around 1821. So there were no Mexicans in present day Mexico before then, just descendants of various native tribes and Spaniards and mixed-race people who lived in the Spanish Empire.
