NEW YORK – President Barack Obama was heckled multiple times during his speech at a Democratic fundraiser in one of the country’s most Democratic cities.
Demonstrators held signs that said “Broken Promises” and interrupted his speech to protest AIDS funding and the stalled repeal of “don’t ask, don’t tell,” the policy banning gays from serving openly in the military that Obama has promised to lift.
Obama showed a flash of irritation after he was forced repeatedly off his prepared remarks. “We listened to you, we heard your point,” he told the “young lady” who continued shouting at him about AIDS funding. “This is not the time or the place to do what you’re talking about.”
Obama also tried to make the most of the moment by pointing out that Republicans would be further away from the protestors on both of the issues they were complaining about.
His administration has increased AIDS funding, he said, but “the people that potentially will take over will cut AIDS funding if we don’t focus on this election.”
The “don’t ask, don’t tell” protest came moments later, as Obama began talking about how incomes for the middle class fell by 5 percent – a statement he had to repeat twice.

Remember when Bush used to say “folks” don’t want this or that. He meant democrats but he was too much of a gentleman to directly point the finger. Its all falling apart for Obama.
Summers and Rahm leaving the administration. He gets dissed by one of his own supporters at a CNBC townhall meeting. Now this incident in the heart of NYC.
The left is starting to turn on Barry. The left is starting to realize what the right knew all along about Zero. That he is empty suit and a poser. He just simply isn’t up for the job of POTUS.
I have been thinking that Obama won’t run for reelection. I’m beginning to think that he even last out another year. Just like it was Republicans who told Nixon that he had to resign, it will be liberals who tell Barry that he has to take an early retirement.

Yes, where’s the video? I have no doubt that there were several people in the audience and news cameras capturing this. All of the footage is probably being erased quickly by Administration toadying journalists so that it is not seen by the public, much like any footage of Barry smoking or other countless gems the public has been deprived of.
Just looked on MSNBC’s front page for any mention of it and saw nothing.

Bingo! He is being presented as the sanity between those right wing crazies and leftwing moonbats. Saw Jon Stewart on BOR, plugging his book and Oct. 30 rally. He is portraying his rally as an opportunity for those “sane” middle grounders to get together. Seems like a ploy to win back to the Dems all those independents with Obama buyers remorse. It’s all about winning their votes between now and Nov.
