Fact: Erik Scott complied with Mosher’s instructions. He put his hands up.

Scott told the cop he had a gun. He was told to drop it. According to his girlfriend he tried to tell the officer he was going to disarm.

He attempted to comply and in the process of doing so was shot to death.

A lot of people need to be in jail including some of the faggots at Costco that precipitated this execution.

Well, I wasn’t there, but based on the testimony so far at the inquest, several witnesses state that Scott did not comply with the order to “show his hands”. No testimony has been offered to suggest that Scott communicated any intent to disarm, but there has been testimony that he reached into his waistband (Mosher did not shoot at that point), withdrew a pistol and pointed it at Mosher, who only then fired at Scott. There will be further testimony, but so far, your version of events has been related in the media, not in court. Not saying it’s dispositive yet, but it’s over the top to claim as “facts” statements that people are unwilling to testify to in open court.

The audio clips entered into evidence seems to cooroborate the Costco employee’s testimony as well. Doubtless additional evidence will come to light, which will either bolster or weaken that, but it is rank hyperbole (or worse) to refer to this as an “execution”. The conspiracy theories are quickly getting excessively convoluted for serious consideration.
