The way the bill was written there is no 'exclusion' provision. IOW if one part of the bill is found to be UNCONSTITUTIONAL the whole bill is busted.

Thanks, I didn't know that. I've been under the impression that if you find one section unconstitutional the remaining parts are still law.

I'm still of the mind this should be a multi pronged attack. Sue in the courts to overturn it, defund all provisions in it, and keep attaching repeal legislation to every bill funding our over burdensome govt.

Sir, if you believe that Medicare can be done away with, you are unbelievably politically naive. Do you understand that it covers those 65 and older and that this group votes?
