That’s done most of the time for reasonable marketing purposes.

Well, we aren’t India....and there IS a “fine line” that
is totally unconstitutional here in our great country.

We need NOT cross that line.

I can’t WAIT for November...hopefully new leadership in
Congress will halt some of these intrusions that the Zero
wants in his new “transparent” administration!

What about the operations that collect blood from donors. Many of the blood donors are good people, conservatives who want to reach out as Christians to help all. Their personal data, indexed by mandatory SSN collection, into databases of medical institutions. For all we know they maybe selling or providing info to insurance companies and using data, DNA data maybe too, unknowiingly against us.

I stopped giving blood because they refused to let me have a photocopy of the documents they made me sign. What other place in our world gets away with denying us copies of what we are required to sign? What is buried in these secretive one-sided agreements.

Any freeper here have a copy? Can you cross-out the personal data and scan to post and share?

Where’s the outrage from the media? Just like the outrage over Bush and “wiretapping.”

Well, the media is NEVER outraged at anything the left does...
because they are the left’s best ally and co-conspiritor.

We have Fox (sometimes)...and our forum here to make sure that the truth exists!

America is rapidly becoming a super surveilled society.

Your liberties are fading away all in the name of....war on terror, war on drugs, war on drunk driving, war on crime.

The ever increasing growth of Uncle Sugar in all aspects of American lives from entitlements to diet control. From smoking to energy usage, from healthcare to what automobile you will drive.

It is so subtle yet so controlling. Americans have laws stacked on top of laws. Redundant regulation, over taxation.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Folks, we'd better wake up and demand smaller government! http://www.endofamericamovie.com/about-film/10-steps-that-close-an-open-society

I’m waiting to hear the “Well, if you’re not doing anything wrong, you’ve got nothing to worry about...” line.

Yeah, good one! Of course if you are a Freeper, Tea Tarty type, Rush fan, conservative .... then you are already doing something wrong and Obama can track you down.

They good news is they may be overreaching.

“Perhaps conservatives, who were at sleep at the switch on these privacy issues when Dubya reigned, are finally rousing themselves.”

CALEA was passed by a demo majority congress, signed into law by Clinton.

Bush grabbed the football, and ran to the 1 yard line. Obama intends to score a touchdown.

CALEA by Clinton. FISA upgraded by Bush no court oversight, executive privilege. Patriot Act by Bush.

Though Obama cried foul against Bush and Cheney, now that he sits in the drivers seat, he intends to upgrade, yet again, with more regulations and more powers for the executive.

These unconstitutional executive surveillance powers, executed without court oversight, merely uses terrorism as the excuse. The bottom line for all these unconstitutional powers is for the fed to have the ability to keep all Americans under their watchful eye.

The question is why?

FNC is about to have a segment on this situation (they just said, ‘soon’ - but it could be after 20 other segments, and 30 commercials.) But, at least it is being broadcast on a national channel.

FR, FNC, Rush, Beck, Hannity, Malkin and others who expose the vile movements of this administration, will be the first to be seriously hit, I fear.

Who the hell do they think they are fooling?

These asswipes have been tracking emails and internet correspondence since the 90's. This is just a way to make them "appear" to do it lawfully.

We have a government that is blatantly violating damn near every constitutional right we have.

THIS TOO SHALL BE RESOLVED IN THE NEXT REVOLUTION! IT CAN'T COME FAST ENOUGH!

Pay with cash or money order, never use your real name when you sign up for anything on the internet. I could go on an on. If you want to remain anonymous online, it’s not that hard to do. Always use a proxy too.

All the stores issuing cards that give you discounts. They all have them:CVS, Office Depot, etc. They swipe your card every time you make a purchase and allegedly give you discounts, BUT they also make a record of everything YOU BUY!

So sign up with a bogus name, just like ACORN voter registration. Personally I don't do business with anybody that requires me to carry their plastic for a "sale price." Got enough stuff in my pockets without their crap.
